Complaints About Coil Making Companies

I have a complaint!!!
My coil orders are months behind!!
My questions keep getting more and more
complicated but they are not answered.
If your job is making coils but you decide to cut back on making coils, why do you still advertise?
If time is a constraint then either make coils and money or preach and starve.
Common sense. I have no animosity towards the individuals involved, I expect professional results from such advertising companies.
Time delays because of over ordering is just a ruse.
There is a behind the scene story no one is hearing or telling.
