Vendors can apply as an exhibitor for the upcoming Congress of Quantum Masters VIII – 'Standing Strong' Market Store held from April 25 – 30th, 2009. Our goal is in striving to maintain a high level of education and training to our attendees, producing professional standards in maintaining our theme, Standing Strong, for all of our guests. All applicants who would like to be part of this exciting world All-Star Event may register online using this form.
Note: Participant space may be limited and will be granted only to those who meet Congress approval. All applicants will be reviewed for product quality, product line, vendor and booth adherence to the Congress theme and carefully selected at the sole discretion of the Congress Team.
Vendor Booth Fee - $1250.00 If confirmed and paid by January 15th, 2009.
Vendor Booth Fee - $1400.00 If confirmed and paid by March 15th, 2009.
By applying for a Vendor Booth at the Congress of Quantum Masters, the vendor also agrees to pay a percentage of daily booth sales (TBD), as well as provide a give-away for all attendees.
Vendor Application Deadline: February 15th, 2009.
As a vendor, you can also choose different advertising packages (Ex: ad on web site, page in binder, 3 x 5 ad on binder page, logo on map, ˝ hour vendor presentation slots, etc). You will have access to these upon confirmation of your acceptance.
For vendors staying off property or at a time-share, and are not on an all-inclusive package with the Paradise Village Hotel they will need to pay an additional $100.00. This charge will cover the Saturday Welcome and Thursday Farewell Dinners, and coffee breaks for the five days of Congress.
Please note that you must have free standing booth accessories as you will be unable to place items on the walls of the tent or use the walls for support of any items.
The Market for this years Congress will be bigger and better than ever before. This year Congress will boast our market outdoors with tents acting as your booth location. The size of booths will be determined once we have acquired the information of the tent sizes.
Volunteers
Volunteers get an opportunity to see the inside workings of this exciting event and are the backbone to the success of it! Join us in making this Congress All-Star event educational and great for everyone. As a Congress Team Member you will be able to experience the event at a much higher level, gaining insight that can only come from being “behind the scenes” at Congress, and working with Core Crew and staff. Crewing provides an unparalleled opportunity to not only gain valuable skills and knowledge above and beyond what you’ve learned at any of our training and seminars; it gives you the chance to take on leadership roles as well!
