    Hey Dude.

Ive just been reading your posts here and Im feelin for ya.

I can say that from the bottom of my soul I know EXACTLY how you have described your feelings.

I suffered VERY deep depression for many years and heard all the usual advice from the very few who I trusted my feelings with. (Most of the time complete strangers. I didnt trust my feelings with loved ones.)

I never tried anti-depressants. (Thank god!!!!!!!)
I was prescribed them once, but had no faith whatsoever in the particular doctor who prescribed them.

Long story short, I clawed my way out of a very deep hole by my own means and learned things about myself and life that I would not have learned otherwise.

I can say from experience that you have before you a life affirming journey.

With love and respect I can tell you that the first step is "internal dialogue."
Be more aware of what you think, but not to the point of being critical. Choose more often to have a postive thought. "Worry good" instead of "worry bad." "What if good things come from this..."

If its bad, let it go.
    If its good, embrace it.

    "Happiness is not earned,
It is not an end result,
    It cannot be accumulated,
    And never is at fault,
Tho it is your right to have it,
And its there for you to take,
    And its simply a decision,
    That no-one else can make."

"The biggest mistake ever made on a journey is not taking the first step."

Hang on to the tiniest piece of light, and when you least expect it, that tiny little piece of light will be what lit up your eyes to the main switch of the lights in that great big warehouse of life. But remember its still your decision to flick the switch...

A series of decisions mate. Other things including good diet (fruit and veg), and plenty of water too. And a bit of exersise. These things will help.
Today, a little penlight torch, tomorrow, who knows? The sun is the limit.

My thoughts are with you mate.

    Love and respect,
    Timmy

When I went through a similar feelings situation I started taking omega rich oils, and the DHA/EPA oil combined with theanine which is a green tea extract compound and I found it did a world of good for me.
As I am not a doctor I have no idea what would work for you ,
      but that did help me.

I just found this and thought it would be of interest:
It is thanks to the existence of haemoglobin in our blood that humans are able to think at all. The circulation of the iron in our blood around the body is the anchor of an independent electromagnetic field. Iron can be magnetised, so one piece of iron can hold a different field from another. This property of the iron in our blood allows us to think different thoughts and feel different feelings from the person standing next to us. Even though we live within the Earth’s magnetic field, we have the ability to maintain our own independent field within it.
So these feelings of alone-ness could be due to an over abundance of iron in one's diet.
Perhaps more copper is needed and less iron, chelation therapy will take excessive metals from a person or zeolite.

          Hey Shawn

thanks for sharing- I have been taking Nordic Fish oils, High with DHA and EPA for over a year, i just switched to carlsens this past week, due to the fishy aftertaste that Nordic had been giving me the last 3 months- anyways, as for L-theanine- been on that for 4 years!

i still take l-theanine, and have dabbled with gaba, and was taking Eskoloft for a while as well- which is a blend of amino acids and other natural "uppers" if you will.

I have stopped bio-feedback, i feel that it might have brought more anger out of me. I have however, started an exercise regime, which began exactly 2 months ago today.

I regret to say, I still do not feel any better. I still feel like the black could is plaguing me and i honestly feel like ive been cursed. I cant even begin to list all the negative things that have happened to me this year alone. Its been pretty bad, so the only thing in the past two months that have kept me going, is going to the Y on a daily basis.

I do go to therapy weekly, and im trying to get into a Free/low cost program for BPD/OCD for my anger outburst.
My anger outburst are mostly private, so not a lot of people get to witness these episodes.

I do try and volunteer and do things outside of my element. I have taking classes, and continue looking for low cost/ free based classes that could spark my interest.

I recently had a free trip to Lake Tahoe, which for years has been something i really wanted to do- however, my depression is so deep that all the beautiful i saw, couldnt put a smile on my face.
it sucked for me, as i tried to appreciate all the trees, the blue water, the sunset. I just felt lost and sad, and unworthy to be there. ( it also didnt help, that i had no money to really enjoy myself, but like i said, it was a free trip).

As to Tim, i need to go back and re-read what you posted. I have been meaning to respond, but sometimes, i get so lazy in my mind, that i have no motivation to get motivated to respond.

anyways, i really appreciate you guys posting and sharing what works for you.

              Hi Musingmus,

I've read all your posts and it seems you tried just about everything. Unfortunely, fighting depression is very challenging. I do have one suggestion for you, 'Aromatherapy', not as a cure but just for some relief. I use essential oils and create formulas for friends and friends. They are uplifting and can help with so many different aliments both mental and physical. Aromatherapy in combination with energy work increase the benefits and help optimize the state of healing. Here is a from Alternative MD - AltMD.com with some suggestion and information regarding essential oils.

I will continue following you progress.
              Many blessings,

                Hi Musingmus,
I can give you a few good ideas that have worked with my clients as well as myself:

Absolutely: Find out your blood type and get the book Eat Right For Your Type. Read the section on your bloodtype and go on the diet for at least two weeks. This is absolutely critical for clients who don't respond with any other therapies.

Absolutely: Get a DVD by Donna Eden and start doing her five minute energetic routine at least three times a day. You can find them on Amazon or on her website. Your energy can be running backwards and your triple warmer can be on overdrive, but you must also do the diet as well. When your energy runs backwards, or straight up and down instead of in a cross over pattern everything in your life seems amiss (and it is!)

Optional: Have an EPFX practitioner do a half hour session on your thyroid, parathyroid, hypothalamus etc as well as your hormones, and have them add iodine from the matrix.

These ideas are not expensive, so give them a try.

                Good luck
                Love and Blessings,
                DeAnn

I had neurofeedback 10 sessions then 4 followup sessions just 6 months later, none of which I felt did anything for me, and the "results" even dissapeared after the 6 month time.

That being said, I've had luck with the lsa pro, asyra, ondamed, and various cold lasers for energy medicine.

                  Good luck anyway you go.

Hello dear, healing comes from the inside out, bioefeedback teraphy only helps you to help yourself, you may need to try another therapist that is able to help you because this is very personal. If you like reading try this book. Biography of a yogy By Paramahansa Yogananda.

its been a while since ive posted on here- but i was curious and hoping that someone here will have some knowledge on biofeedback- neurofeedback in particular.
I know this section is for quantum biofeedback- which ive done many times and never felt a shift or change in me from it. I wish it had done something for me, but al it did was put a huge huge dent on my credit card.
nonetheless, im still trying new modalities and going back to old ones.

my newest one, yet to come is doing neurofeedback and i would really love to hear what anyone has to say good or bad about it.

IM SO EAGER for a change in me. its been years now, so many years and i just want to feel peace and happiness.

Please let me know your thoughts on this, as my first sessions is scheduled on wednesday of this week.

thanks and i hope to hear some good feedback here.[/QUOTE]

When you help others it makes you feel like a hero and very loved, help is needed all over you, perhaps a visit to the humane society and saving a doggie's life will fullfill your heart, also look at the homeless man around the corner maybe just a nice few words will make him happy and you will get that back remeber love is all over the place just look around...
