  • What is this alloy?

Hi, fairly new here, can anybody help me? I am looking for an alloy with specific qualities regarding spin.

The spin of the protons of the atoms in metals will usually align themselves automatically with the gravitational field.

However, I have heard a physicist say that an alloy exists whose proton spins are "randomized" and do not align themselves with the gravitational field.

Does anybody know what this alloy could be?

    Thanks!

(And no, it's not "Unobtanium"! )

Magnesium is the lightest structural metal. Magnesium alloys have a hexagonal lattice structure, which affects the fundamental properties of these alloys. An alloy is a homogeneous mixture of two or more elements, at least one of which is a metal, and where the resulting material has metallic properties.
