need help from anyone here that has written an e-book

There are people here that have written e-books. I need help. I've followed the instructions from people on youtube about how to create a clickable table of contents for my books but I've evidently missed something because when I click chapter one it works but when I click any other of my chapters they do not go to the chapter even though I followed the same process as chapter one. When I click each chapter they each return to the table of contents, so that part works. I need the simplest way to correct the problem. I use microsoft office 2010. I know this question isn't anything about energetic energy but I've been on this forum for years and thought I might find some friendly help from people who know more about e-publishing than I do.

I do have e-book experience, but I don't even make clickable table of contents.

However, all the instructions for doing that should be in your word help file.

I'd also try searching in youtube for keywords like: word clickable table of contents

There are actually a lot of great visual walk thrus on that kind of thing in youtube.

Thank you for the reply. I went to youtube today and I think I may have found my answer. I have to start over but if it works it will be worth it. Different people have different methods that seem to work for them. Again, thank you.
