Looking for Radiant Discharge Demo DIY instructions

Hello!

I'm looking for instructions for building radiant energy demonstration setup which is capable of generating visible radiant discharge like it's shown at cover of P. Lindemann book "The Free Energy Secrets of Cold Electricity". I know some people are utilizing Bedini's SSG to generate radiant spark, but I'd rather prefer something operating on principles mentioned in Lindemann's book (i.e. separation of 'light'/'cold' fraction from normal electricity like it's done in Gray's circuit or Dollard's replica of magnifying transmitter). I don't really care about collecting radiant energy, only need to produce spark (purpose of this is to investigate how it affects plant's growth and other health-effects from visible source).

Would be nice to have step-by-step instructions like here for Tesla's wireless demonstration setup:

I must admit this site have a plenty of interesting information regarding motors, but unfortunatly all information regarding radiant energy looks not credible, because most time it's uses HF voltages to light bulbs via wires, what is not radiant discharge. Also it's using very questionable principle based on using diodes to fractionate electricity, because it was explicitly stated in Lindemann's works that it does't pass thru semiconductors.

In fact neon buld should emit light just being placed near radiant source, without need of any wires.

Also, i'm looking for explicit radiant discharge of 'torch-like' structure (like Dollard's magnifying transmitter).

So, my search is continued. I suppose it should be relatively doable to reproduce Dollard's experiment especially considering Lindemann's reconstruction of Gray's device, but I suppose there thousands of peoples which already did it, since it's one of most basic experiments. In fact, seeing cold electricity, touching it and feeling it could be most effective mind-shifting proof, therefore i would be shocked to see that no one yet released such instructions..
