any non-convoluted proof of quantam entanglement?

Most of what i read is"proof" of photons communicating at distance instantly? Im not even assured it is proof and still just a theory.

Is these experiments only done with photons??what if i separated a grass clipping over the span of 100 feet , would there be entanglement or communication between 2 peices?

I am pretty sure that it is not quite so easy to entangle things,
but I have seen it happen on a larger scale than a photon,
I was playing with stable magnetic vortexes when I saw it
