    LiveLeak.com - Explosion in Donetsk

This video was taken from approximately 15 miles away

This is claimed to be a picture of it from space http://static1.squarespace.com/stati...5/?format=750w

This was a massive explosion but little about it has been in the news. There have been claims that it was caused by a factory blowing up while under shell fire but that does not seem to be quite right to me. A factory blowing up, or even an ammo dump would likely cause a succession of explosions and not a single event such as this.

The following video shows a huge crater that is not in a factory environment that was supposed to be caused by the explosion. It is in a forest area close to the factory https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T5kvkylgB0o#t=366 Although I dont agree with all they say, at least they are talking about it. My personal opinion is that it may have been a tactical nuke. We know the wast has been provoking Russia and that Russia has said that they will use nukes if the west supplies the Ukraine with weapons. Not much of this has been talked about in the media. Could it be that Putin set off a tactical nuke? It was exploded in pro Russian territory so as not to be an act of aggression towards the west but is a clear warning that Russia will use nukes.

I think the warning was read and understood by many EU countries as they have now agreed to work with Russia since this event.

    What do you think?

I haven't been following what has been going on for quite a while so far.. so all I know now is what I knew months ago that after the overthrow of the democratically elected pro-Russian president's government by U.S. backed ("secretly" of course) pro-western Ukrainian forces, a genocide of pro-Russians in/towards Crimea ensued, including the use of banned white-phosphorous incendiaries and other banned weapons. Of course this was covered up to the max by the U.S. and it's Ukrainian allies and the full blame was being thrown at Russia, stating that Russia was invading Ukraine when in fact, they were coming to the rescue of the people being slaughtered by pro-western Ukrainian forces, etc etc etc. So now I guess it appears that Russia/Putin/Crimean people are sick of the BS and aren't going to put up with it anymore, and have decided to use drastic measures to warn the perpetrators and put an end to the turmoil, which I don't blame them in the slightest bit. In my view, this is likely the only way that they could get their point across that, if attacked by the U.S. or any of it's allies, Russia won't hesitate to unload it's nuclear arsenal right up their arses. This is clearly the case, since Russia has been drilling their long-range strategic bomber forces and Space-weapons (satellites, ICBMs, etc), readying it's naval forces and submarines, and massing conventional forces and air defense forces around it's territories. Same goes for China but in a slightly less threatening way. This is obvious since there have been multitudes of reports stating that Russian long range nuclear bombers have been running incursions into U.S. airspace. I'm sure that there are Russian nuclear submarines right on U.S. border waters as well, but their submarine tech is either superior to U.S. sub tech, or they are keeping it under tight wraps.

So, yes, I'd say that it was probably a tactical nuclear weapon, like you said. I'd say find someone that has a Geiger meter and see if there is any radioactive particles in the area. However, I'm sure there are nuclear-like weapons in existence now that don't give off radiation, such as the so-called "red mercury device". Who knows.

Sorry for the rant, but I saw no one replied to your thread yet so I figured I'd toss my half-cent in.

I understand why there are no responses, its scary and almost unbelievably stupid for our political "leaders" to continue provoking Russia if what I suspect is true.

The only evidence we have at the moment is those videos, but they are suspicious enough for us to ask questions, but to me the red flag is the fact that the media just isnt talking about it.

It could be that there is a reasonable explanation that is non nuclear, It could be the west that set a nuke off, or it could be Russia but no one is talking.

A second red flag is the number of EU countries that have broken away from the western policy against Russia. I think there is more to this

I have been searching for more information about this event today and as expected there is nothing in the MSM. There is little new in the new media too but it does seem that communications are down in the area of the explosion. An explosion could take out power and communication lines but so could an EMP pulse from a nuke. By itself this means nothing but if other evidence emerges it may be significant.

I know many people are talking about this being possible on the net so there should be web pages pulled up on google in a search. I searched "EMP Ukraine" which pulled up thousands of pages. Then i clicked news followed by last week. this should have pulled up many pages as it did days ago, but this time only 3 articles came up and none of them had anything to do with this event. The only conclusion I can draw from this is this search has been censored by google. RED FLAG

Ukrainian crisis: Ceasefire agreed as Russia launches military exercises across 12 regions Ukrainian crisis: Ceasefire agreed as Russia launches military exercises across 12 regions - Europe - World - The Independent

A battle of nerves ended this morning as the Russian and Ukrainian leaders agreed to a ceasefire in Belarus over contested territory in the embattled eastern European state. It brings an end to tense 15-hour talks with the French and German leaders.
          Coincidence, I think not

Why else would France and Germany put so much effort into this? maybe because a nuclear war is a button push away in Europe.

            mbrownn:

If you would like to get more reliable, non-filtered search results, avoid using search engines like google, bing, yahoo, etc etc. My favorite search engine that does not "suggest" results, modify/exclude some, track your searches, or anything of the like, is DUCKDUCKGO.COM . For kicks, go ahead and do your search on "EMP Ukraine" on google and duckduckgo in separate windows or tabs, and look at the difference in the first page of results. Do this with several topics (ones that mean almost nothing politically, and ones that are extremely controversial politically) and compare results. You may be amazed at how corrupted engines like google really are. They are piled high with advertisements, "suggested sites", and are completely sanitized on a political level. You may never use Google again, except for maybe maps....

As for the Ukraine dilemma, I have not been following. I have noticed a very disturbing trend in world politics, and to preserve my sanity and keep my stress level down, I have minimized my involvement with political crisis information. Probably not too good of a thing since politics effects all aspects of life, but I personally can't deal with it anymore. But it's good to hear that things are "getting resolved", even if it's only skin-deep.

I totally agree with what you say about search engines and google specifically. I also understand why you have difficulty dealing with what is happening in the world, the truth is the vast majority of people do. Most people suffer from cognitive dissonance in the face of reality, but this is changing. Remember all it takes for the bad guys to win, is for the good guys to do nothing, more and more of the good guys are starting to act.
