Germany has done really well in the EU. They have no real reason to leave. BUT, they have been hobbled to backstop the bonds of the weaker States. Once again, German productivity has been hitched up to support european freeloaders. Thinks Versailles without the war.

Italy has the third largest bond market in the world after U.S and Japan. #1 and #2 are already on life support. #3 is rapidly dying. The people are being saddled with austerity to pay off the bondholders. In three days, they will decide whether or not to stiff the bondholders.
