I've been trying to live a generally healthier lifestyle since the turn of the year. I began with focusing on my diet and that is something that has been evolving over the last 7 months. It took me a while to get into an exercise routine that suited me but I've now got a good rhythm with that too. One thing that I still haven't managed to solve in my life, is my sleeping pattern. I worked shifts for many years so my sleep has been out of whack for a long-time. I've been exploring ways that I can help myself to improve this such as forcing myself to get up early and do exercise so that I feel naturally tired at night, I haven't been eating big meals after a certain time and I've been trying not to lie in bed on my phone before I'm ready to nod-off. My sleeping pattern is better but its still not right. I had come across something called Light Therapy although I'm not entirely sure what its all about and whether it actually helps. It looks like there are a lot of different devices and equipment. I've found some used Light Therapy Lamps for sale under the classified Ad site that I usually use so was thinking of trying one out if that may help me but I need to find out more about them first. From what I can gather, this technique should be able to help with the problems I'm having. I wanted to know if there are any advocates of this kind of therapy here and what benefits it can provide?
