Here'e what the Bible Says

Revelation 13:16,17

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

Basically the "he" being referred to is the Anti-Christ world leader. I believe he will be the leader of the United Nations, the UN Secretary General and that he will mandate globally at some point in the future that all people of the earth must take an RFID chip in their right hand or forehead for identification purposes. This way the United Nations will be able to fully track and control all people on the earth and have the power to deny access to the global commerce system (buying and selling) to those who do not comply. This is the Mark of the Beast, as it is satan who runs this world, and satan will use the Anti-Christ to enslave us all. This has eternal implications, you must not take the Mark of the Beast.
