ok, so,
here is what I know about what is going on here.
many ways to tell this, but I choose the engineering one because it is practical.
ever seen what they call the near field effect of EM noise ?
we have electric noise and magnetic noise,
but this near field effect is clearly something else. you can't shield from it...
and this is what tesla looked into long ago.
it was an odd thing that happened some of the time when you turned on a high powered switch. this sometimes killed people.
the power companies solved the issue with vacuum powered remote relays...
tesla investigated this by building hardware that just turned on huge amounts of power thousands of times a second.
if driven with direct current, this is the primary of what is now known as a tesla coil. (driven with AC does not give the effect he found)
he said he could charge insulators at a distance with it and other odd things.
he said it hurt and was almost not possible to shield from (a faraday cage was well known then and did nothing to stop whatever this was)
I vote for calling it a time field, only because all the math adds up that way.
start looking at the field forces in 3 dimensions, it is well known that electricity and magnetism are right angles, but only if there is movement or change.
movement or change is also called time, and is at the 3rd right angle to the other 2 field forces.
so, flip your views and math around a bit to see this as a field force and not some sort of constant and you get a time field, or whatever you want to call it.
you can see it all over electronics when you build them,
tesla found it...
and the largest hint we get to it is this obscure idea of a near field interference made by switching power supplies.
if you look a bit deeper into the topic you start wondering what happens when you have an unequal time field. (just a hint, this is what causes gravity)
anyway, all the math adds up perfectly this way,
and you see all kinds of new things you can build with the new ideas.

Big Bug Light

It’s a four foot bug light.
They get on the plates and are stuck.

I figure that the field extends in an upside down pyramid from the output.
So to make ends meet, I added the top plate.

Fluorescent lights

Okay Spacey, here is the observation:
The ends darken up way too fast.
What is this? Carbon buildup?
How long does a four foot tube last using 12 volt oscillations, i.e.,
the new way people are using Tesla tech for energy transfer or lighting.
I figure the tube is an AC using device bombarded by pulsing variable DC.
As with a standard original design lightbulb that burns off at one end of the coil,
because electrons flow from neg to pos causing the filament to pop at the neg.
I think it might.
Am I wrong or near the ballpark?

there is no carbon in there to build up
they are filled with mercury vapor and have a phosphor coating on the inside of the glass to convert the light output of the mercury vapor into the visible range.
if you knock off the phosphor coating, you are not going to see any light there.
the ends have the highest current density because of that filament normally used to start it, so I am guessing that it messes up the phosphor coating there the fastest.

I agree, I also think the acceleration of the energy causes sublimation at the contact coils inside to increase until equal potential or the contacts fail.
It may take a long time to find out.
The skin effect comes to mind with the
energy sending out stepped leaders like
a storm cloud does before striking.

HOLOGRAPHIC SOLAR PANELS?
Who makes them anymore?
They got replaced with grass.
Easy enough then, make the holographic solar panels to look like grass.
An added benefit is no watering.

So why not holographic flags instead of lightning rods?
Obviously a hologram would not need any support.
Just straight up as a projection.
I say use drone tech and let them wonder over yonder with the wind.
Oh, they are solar powered right?
It would transmit an FM radio station or two?
A tv transmitter or two?
A release switch to deploy one inch strips of aluminum to conceal the location of your body while in the field. Radar jamming simplistic.
I hope the information is still not classified.
Shh, powdered aluminum does amazing stuff to weather radars.

Clarity

To clear up this matter, 5G is right next door to weather radar frequencies and to seed the weather with the last post would reduce the effectiveness of said 5G or even rain dancers who depend on tablets for making rain.
