I've been offered to ring someone in new york today for a healing session. However they only have a blackberry to ring them and I'm ringing from a landline in the uk. I know this is random, I need advice. I have to ring them in two hours and they're so busy they can't help me. I believe ringing a blackberry abroad is going to cost a fortune? In which case I can't do it. (and must let them know now or they'll charge me a missed appointment) Any ideas gratefully accepted! Is it possible to ring them on skype? Any know how much I'd need to put on skype to do this? It's not my phone I'm ringing from so as you can imgaine I'm afraid to push a bill right up and not be able to pay for it. Thanks.

I know there are some numbers you can dial before the actual number that will make it much cheaper, but am not sure where on the net to find them.
If you have calls to different countries sometimes, I would highly recommend TalkTalk, as they give you free calls to 36 countries.

Okay...here's what you can do with Skype...
If you don't have it yet, you can download it for free at Skype official website – free download and free calls and internet calls .
You will have to do the whole username and password thing and if the person you are trying to reach also has Skype, you can look for them by clicking on the "add contact" button and typing in their email address, or name. If you are lucky, you will find them there and then a message will be sent to them so they can "accept" you as a contact. If you get that far and they accept you, you can send them a message and tell them you want to do a Skype call for your session. Then the whole session would cost you nothing. Otherwise, you can do an "upgrade" and pay something like $30.00 and you can then call them as well as anyone else!
