I just have to say, be careful.

Any time there is a discrepancy about a credit card transaction, most if not all credit card companies will credit your account until the matter is resolved.

Sometimes these companies will say they are helping you, they will file the complaints (and usually take money to do so) and get the items removed.

However once the matter is looked into, if there is no real discrepancy, the charges are put back.

I know of one case where people were badly scammed like that and they went to an attorney to straighten it out. I'm not sure what the outcome was but I'm pretty sure they wish they had never had the entire experience.

It is better to look for a class at a community college or something like that to learn more about how credit scores work, how to dispute charges, what your rights are, etc.

I took such a class for a small fee and found it very informative even though it was only one day long.
