  • Is this normal?

    Hi,

I've been on paths for about a month and am loving it. However, the last two days I have a very itchy rash on my belly and just the chest part by the top of the arms and am feeling today very tired and itchhhy! I am putting tea tree on it and I feel well in myself apart from the tiredness and a bit headachy. Taking tonnes of spirulina, in fact doubled it today.

I'm wondering if this is a clean out of sorts? Or, if it's nothing to do with paths, but the theta healing I had done last week? Either way, is it good?
Or, should I stop doing something! Hope I'm not allergic to something! (like spirulina! - am taking now about 25 500mg tabs)

    hugs xxx

    Hi Sonora,

You could use muscle testing to ask your body about the rash. Do the yes, yes, yes (body leaning forward) and the no, no, no, (body leaning backwards) and then say "I am testing correctly and I am hydrated." (body leaning forward - on its own accord) (Make sure you are definitely hydrated). And then say in the affirmative: "The rash on my belly and arms is toxins releasing from my body" (for example) You could also say: "This rash will be gone in 3 days, 1 week, etc. whatever time frame you want to test for. As long as your body is hydrated and you are facing north or have the intention that you are facin north, you should be getting consistent answers. You are your own best healer, Sonora.

          S.J.

I'm so glad you figured it out

I just wanted to say, use lots of lavender until it goes away.

Tea tree oil is good as far as an antiseptic.

But if you are not concerned about killing germs, it will probably be rather harsh.

Lavender is oh sooooooo soothing on the skin

Thanks, I like the smell of lavendar too. I have a bottle of essential oil, how much do I need to dilute it please? And do I need to add it to a cream?

I went to the chemist today who had a look (dr's were out for lunch when I called) and said it is definitely an allergic rash. Although she did go "oh wow!" lol. But I have it for certain it's nothing too bad. Also, she suggested so many products and I came away with none because it will just go on it's own now anyway and I don't like the look of those chemicals! Especially when they come with a little sheet of poss side effects

So, it's plain water showers for me - bit of normal soap I always use for armpits The lavendar treatment sounds better I prefer natural herbal remedies

You can put the essential oil directly on it, or mix it with some lotion first. Of course watch whatever lotion you may use, I'm sure you will

Ulrika ... i'm so happy i stumbled across this post of yours ...

muscle testing "kinesiology" has always seemed sooo interesting to me ... and wow .. you simplified the process in an amazing way (looks like this works just like the pendulum does.. its all about ur subconcious accessing info from the matrix and shooting it out to you ) ... im at work and i cant wait to go home and try this out (ask my body all sorts of questions ) .. or maybe i can find me a private spot around here somewhere (maybe under my cubicle ? ) ....

can i ask you amazing ulrika or any other amazing member to elaborate on this if there is more to say ? ... will it work with everyone ? ... why do i keep asking those types of questions .... yes it should work with everyone eventually .. we gotta have the intentions and train our bodies to respond right .... right ?? ..

ok .. one more tiny question .... why should we face "north" specifically ? .. what's special about north ?

                Thaaaankssssss

Hi Lama, facing north is what I was taught to do in Thetahealing because it is supposed to give us a better connection to the all that is.

Something I also learned from an EFT practitioner if someone is a polar opposite, is to have them tap themselves 22 times on their chin and then they should be testing correctly, as in going forwards on "yes, yes, yes" and backwards on "no,no, no." This has worked on everyone so far.
