Wow! H is a second vid:

Can anyone see how the hose is scooping water from the second wheel and getting it back to the top? I think I know what it is doing. But, the amount of water that gets pumped to the top looks like less than what is leaving the faucet. I'm guessing if it ran long enough, it would stop.

Ah, Aaron .. you ruined my fantasy with that video, but
we do need to keep our feet on the ground and our heads attached.

Spiral pumps' outlet generally come from the center of the hub. It seems
this one is that way also.. How much mechanical leverage is required to
turn a sprial pump if the pump's structure weight were ZERO and we are
only speaking about turning the water around inside the hose?
.. Everything on this rig looks mighty heavy.
