So I joined this club called TSA. It has a lot of cool members that I just met. TSA represents for, Technology Student Association. My teacher wants the members within the club to think of some ideas to make. One of the members stated that we should make some type of free energy device. That is what brought me back here to the forum today.

I was wondering, do any of you guys have some ideas you would like to share with me? And if there good, I can tell my teacher about them and we can see if we can make it happen.

The Veljko Milkovic' - 2 Stage Oscillator is very doable and is purely mechanical with no electronics. More mechanical work is produced than is required to keep the machine running. There is a thread somewhere here on that.

I think another worthy project would be replicating ~Imhotep's~ work with either brushless DC fans from computer power supplies (pulsing battery charging for near-overunity results), or with CFL's (with similar results of extreme energy efficiency & battery recharging with the bonus of "Lighting"). Both are relatively simple to build electronics-wise, yet show impressive efficiency. The CFL is especially worthy because of it's possibilities for the Third World, where thousands die every year from using poisonous fossil, peat, dung, or wood fuels for lighting their homes at night... And cheap and safe lighting would make a significant difference in their lives.

The "Joule Thief" threads are kinda similar in nature and equally valuable (but perhaps a little more complex electronically, they strike me personally as sort of a meld between the Bedini technology and the ~Imhotep~ stuff).

Last year we had a great deal of hope and excitement for the "Plasma Spark Exploding Water" phenomena. It will likely be an extremely important technology someday, but it became apparent, at least in my opinion, that new engine designs based on Implosion would be needed to fully utilize it; and thus the excitement and research died down eventually. However, for sheer graphic amazement, it's hard to beat water exploding hehehe .. And creating Plasma Spark is not that tough technically (although it requires very careful safety considerations at all times from High Voltage shock.. As many techs do)... Which is why Aaron's suggestion is very good, since as long as you keep your arms and legs inside the ride at all times, it is fully safe
