This video, for me, was another beautiful affirmation of choice. How we view & react to life is our choice. I believe every experience is just an experience until we add an emotional charge to it. We decide / choose whether we are going to view an experience through the lens of our perception through fear or through love, as either positive or negative, pleasant or unpleasant, a gift or a challenge, adversity or opportunity, the cup half full or the cup half empty. For me, the empowerment of life is in the realisation that we have a choice in how we choose to perceive the living & expressing of it.
