"Dirty Socialism" is what brings us these things

So i guess the point is everything is "Relative".
Actually, there are many people that live without the use of a social
security number and they choose to not have the "benefits" of social
    security, interest bearing accounts, etc...

In return, they pay no license plate fees, they do not voluntarily give
jurisdiction of their driving over to the state by getting a driver's license,
they are not subject to ucc law, and many other benefits that are far
more valuable than social security. They don't have to pay into the system
and are therefore free to take that money and invest in gold/silver or
anything else they choose for their own retirement or disability
security and countless other benefits such as not being required to file
a federal income tax form anymore, etc...

It isn't an easy thing to maintain since there is a lot of convenient things
these people choose to live without...credit cards if they want one, etc...
but it can be done and is being done by a lot of people... I only personally
know a few and they seem to be happy with it.

I have to pick my battles so I personally choose to pay my extortion
payments but at least I do have a choice.

It is a myth that sovereign citizens pay would pay no taxes and wouldn't
have the infrastructure of a "civilized" society such as sewers, etc... as
    you mention.

"In the Income Tax Act of 1913, Congress surreptitiously, by stealth and without authority, included an un-apportioned, direct tax on the salaries, wages and compensation of ordinary Americans and instituted withholding at the source."

The constitution DID allow for a direct apportioned tax before that. (not an un-apportioned)

“The rights and privileges, and immunities which the fourteenth constitutional amendment and Rev. St. section 1979 [U.S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 1262], for its enforcement, were designated to protect, are such as belonging to citizens of the United States as such, and not as citizens of a state”.

The Hart report demonstrates there is absolutely no foundation to the position of the Executive branch (the Treasury Department, the IRS and the Department of Justice) that wages and salaries EQUALS taxable “income” within the meaning of the 16th Amendment, or that an individual’s wages, received in direct exchange for his labor, equals income and is, therefore, taxable under the Sixteenth Amendment.

        A Socialism Experiment

An economics professor at a community college made a statement that he had never failed a single student before,
but had once failed an entire class. That class had insisted that Obama's socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer. The professor then said, "OK, we will have an experiment in this class on Obama's plan."

As per the professor's proposed guidelines for the experiment, all test grades would be averaged and everyone would receive the same grade. The class agreed that this sounded fair, and that although students were unlikely to receive an A grade, they would equally be assured not to receive a failing grade, since the majority of students had been doing quite well in the class.

After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a B. Most of the students were satisfied that things had gone well. The students who studied very hard, however, were upset, and the students who studied very little were quite happy.

As the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less, and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride too so they studied much less than they had before. The second test average was a D! No one was happy.

When the 3rd test rolled around, the average was an F. The scores never increased as bickering, blame, and name-calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for the benefit of anyone else. All failed, to their great surprise, and the professor told them that socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great, but when government takes all the reward away, no one will try or want to succeed.

"Seek wisdom by keeping an open mind to alternative realities, questioning authority, and searching for truth. Only then, when you see or hear something that has 'the ring of truth' to it, will it be as if a veil has been lifted, and suddenly you will begin to hear and see far more clearly than ever before." - Rickoff

A very smart professor. Unfortunately there is no way a professor like that would be allowed to teach at one of our universities.

Yes it is true the income tax is illegal but the problem is only a minuscule number of people are aware of that. Yet if you tell the average person this they will look at you as being some kind of nut. Because everyone “knows” that you must pay your taxes or you will go to jail. And it is not uncommon to see around this time of year stories about the IRS going after people who have not paid their taxes, this being done as a not too subtle way of convincing everyone else to pay theirs.

I loved the scene in Aaron Russo movie “Freedom to Fascism” were he has an interview with the head of the IRS. After some preliminary question he pulls out a copy of the IRS code and asks "show me where in here is the law that says that the individual is required to pay taxes"? At that point the guy declares the interview over and virtually kicks him out of the office.

Interesting, and quite telling, how he did not want to answer such a simple basic question.

Yes MS, that really says a lot. Others have asked that question too, and so far there have been no answers.

I love threads like this and the one on H1N1, but I just can't bring myself to make further comments on anything which would paint me in a bad light with our US Government, I even dream bad dreams when I read this article over and over in my mind.

Hehehe that's kind of funny, i am visualizing the smarmy little pencil-necked weasils i've met in the IRS getting knocked on their keisters by the Remington's recoil, big purple bruises on their faces and shoulders

Regarding the first link, fear of any of these jerks is not useful or warranted, imo. They've always assassinated those whom they really wanted to anyway. Every time they do it it is just another reason to put them away forever once things change. Eventually there will be whistle-blowers, it will all come out (there are plenty of good people locked into this system that want it to end too), and those behind it will be imprisoned for life... Unless the angry mobs get them first and they find out what "piano wire in the piazza" means, and how Benito Mussolini learned about it first hand. So the best thing they can hope for in this case is:

"Meet Bubba, your new cell mate... I think he likes you!"

Millions of people will eventually find out what they are up to. Soon it can't be hidden any more, and the whole stinking mess drops like a house of cards in the wind. Many are smart enough to realize that as soon as this happens, their masters will give them up to save themselves... like brushing dust of a lapel. Or wipe them out to keep it quiet. So they realize that they kill us = They kill themselves.

That's the main problem with working for sociopaths, lol.

                    Hi Jibb;

I agree with your posting and love your visualization, but those shotguns have reduced recoil so the pencil-necks don't hurt themselves.

Also, in that committee meeting Adm. Blair made it clear they were talking about where they drew the line: people actively involved with terrorists or themselves doing acts of terrorism against civilians, like this guy, not people just "talking trash".

Mr. Blair's remarks follow a report in The Washington Post last week that disclosed President Obama had personally authorized a Christmas eve drone attack against Anwar al-Awlaki, a U.S. citizen in Yemen who is chief cleric for the terrorist group al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP). Al-Awlaki is thought to have survived the attack.

Al-Awlaki was in contact with Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the Nigerian who tried and failed to blow up a Northwest Airlines flight on Christmas Day.

Al-Awlaki was a former imam at a Falls Church, Va., mosque where Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, the officer accused of killing 13 of his fellow service members at Fort Hood on Nov. 5, is said to have attended sermons and sought his advice over e-mail.
another American al Qaeda operative recently outed to the press is David Coleman Headley. Last month, the FBI charged Mr. Headley with participating in the jihadist rampage in Mumbai in 2008 and plotting to attack the offices of the Danish newspaper that in 2005 published cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad.

Mr. Hoekstra made an indirect reference to al-Awlaki, who was born in Las Cruces, N.M., in 1971.

"So there is a framework and a policy for what's hypothetically a radical born cleric … who's living outside of the United States, there's a clear path as to when this person may be engaging in free speech overseas and when he may have moved into recruitment or when he may have moved into actual coordinating and carrying out or coordinating attacks against the United States."
So unless you are actively involved in al Queda I think you are safe from Adm. Blair; might not be able to say the same for the I.R.S. bureaucrats/fanatics.

                      I am positive that 100 people reading the Greenwald Paper can cut/paste and interrupt its meaning in 100 different ways and many towards their own bias or direction. My cut is the simplest of all when one takes into account a cut that says;

of targeting selected American citizens for assassination if they are deemed (by the Executive Branch) to be Terrorists.
Then look up what has been stated by for example "Janet Napolitano" of DHS and how she and here cohorts define "Terrorists" and how it was/is stated to encompass all people that speak or act against the gov direction of such things as "Universal and Socialist Health Care". Any outspoken group is as she states a "Domestic Terriorist".

I think the thing one should really look at is there is "NO" oversight!. The fox is in charge of the hen house.

Anyway it will only get better and better, if we all see the light of 2013 I will be very happy if its not from the confines of a US Concentration Camp.

Enough from me, I have already gone over what they consider acceptable.
