$20,000 Riddle Re: Space Time

Ok the guy asked the riddle during a charity drive and said if anyone found the answer he would donate $20k.

He ended up donating despite the fact that no one figured out the riddle.

Here is it:

3. It is 3 words.
4. The first word starts with a "w".
5. We do not know if the answer is a question or a statement.
6. It is abstract.
7. It is not cliche.
8. It has to do with spacetime.
9. CLUE: "The question has already been asked. The answer is. The answer.

UPDATE 7/28:
I made another guess: "when time began". Anon said this is close and that we are on the right path. He also said it has something to do with spacetime.

I was thinking maybe "What is time?"

I'm not sure the latest on this bc I don't follow all her sites but I think she really wanted to know most of all who ANNON was.

Iirc the guy said he was from Philly but also said he was the Hong Kong king. . .somebody thought he might be Jackie Chan, I don't know if that fits or not.

(In case anyone is wondering why all the sexual references at some of her sites, she teaches sex ed.)
