Yes what else can they do! And how long have they been doing it not only after Katrina but before?
Consider a few years back when the government declassified the SR71 spy plane at the time we were told it was the fastest, high tech, high flying plane we had and yet no one knew we had it. We were also told it was now being shown to the world because it had out lived its usefulness. But is that not just another way of saying that we now have something way better?
So what can or is being done to the weather that we have no knowledge of?

Tesla’s earthquake machine is interesting but it is not likely to affect the weather. I actually built a small model of it sometime ago. It is an extremely ingenious design. It is a mechanical oscillator with only one moving part; unfortunately it was not very efficient to run. However his use of resonate frequencies is valid.

Very interesting Pamela - I found what their ionizer is:

"put steel lampshade-looking ionizers in the desert to produce charged particles."

It is a very conventional method that should probably work.

    Recent weather anomolies

I saw this posted on CNN earlier in the week. Luckily I posted it to another forum because the link (which takes you to Time.com) was only up for a little bit.

There has long been speculation that the PTB (Powers That Be) have had some had in the extreme weather the entire world is getting.

When you read this link, at first glance it appears innocent enough. Until you ask the question, how long have they been experimenting (since Katrina???) and what else can they do??
