I am not sure if it is legal, but it is pretty crazy what is available there. I would imagine there needs to be tighter reigns on companies publishing personal information online like that, but at some point anything they have was available publicly on the internet and I bet they have the trail to prove it. That would keep them out of legal hot water.

They seem to be bartering your privacy for working emails and who knows what they will do with those. You should probably remove the information using a web based email address.
