My reality does not equal your reality, but my reality is neither > nor < your reality.

In Indiana they can now enter a home without a warrant..That's a police state.

Not to mention the traffick cameras they are sticking at many intersections to ticket people running red lights. Talk about a police state...One day i was sitting in my car outside a store and seen a traffic camera flashing everytime a car drove through.....the green light....Yeah...they're not watching you folks, nothing to care about.

Citizenship Through Naturalization
Naturalization is the process by which U.S. citizenship is granted to a foreign citizen or national after he or she fulfills the requirements established by Congress in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
My immigration nearly stalled out. Now, my wife has a low pay job, that we intend to save $100 a month from until we can meet the >$1500 fee's for a reapplication.
I was denied the first time.
My wife and I followed all procedures and timelines.
We were legally married in MN in March 2007.
All fee's were met in a timely manner.
We sold our home in Minnesota, to result in zero mortgage and zero credit card obligations.
Our house in Oklahoma was then bought outright in cash in the summer of 2008.
I have no medical considerations that require state assisted drugs.
I have no criminal convictions - indeed worked in CCTV in England til relocation.
No benefits are due to me or have been sought - not even food stamps, though my wife does qualify for those.
Not one penny has been extracted from the USA by my being here - any gift of money from overseas relatives to help meet emergency conditions has been spent within this country, for this country (items like windows or roofing never have 'Made in China' stickers as far as can be attained).
I was denied for failing to inform USCIS of our change of address - notification being received AT our house in OK !
Also cited was my wife's lack of an Affidavit of Support, my own for which the application relates was fine.
No Green Card has been issued, no application for travel emergencies (family illness etc) have been granted.
Every day is a wait for a terse removal notice letter.
