I recommend to my clients not to take coffee b/c its so hard on the adrenal glands. Cardamom helps detox the effects of caffienne.

I'd like to share an amazing way to eat chocolate....
    Bliss Inducing Chocolate
(the herbs help digest, not form toxins and taste amazing)

4 oz organic cocoa powder; spices (see below), 1/2 teaspoon ghee - toast on medium heat a few minutes til fragrant. Add 2 Tablespoons sucanut or raw sugar - toast 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Be careful not to scorch chocolate. Add 12 oz water, milk or cream (or blend) that have been brought to a boil, and cook on slow fire til done...(water evaporated, and batter holds together and scoots around the pan.) Can put in fridge to make 'truffles'. Can leave more liquid and use as dip for fruit.

    Spice blend options:
1/8 tsp cinnamon, 6 pods crushed cardamom, 6 organic rosebuds
(cinnamon helps your body deal with the sugar; cardamom helps digest protien and prevent mucus build-up, also uplifting...why in boiled milk and chai recipes; rose helps reduce firery natures and opens mind-heart connection).

Can add ginger if cold out or if you tend to get 'clogged'/sinus congestion
Can add coconut in hot weather
    or 5 threads saffron
    or toasted sesame seeds
or pink pepper, crushed is an exotic and delicious addition

    OMG...its so heavenly!!!

loves but avoids coffee and most chocolate,
    Nancy
