Yes, I did so. I add a little less than one table spoon to a liter of water, then I tasted it. I put some more salt to the water and tasted it again till my tongue said it's right

I'm going to try this too eventually. Maybe over a nice break from work near the holidays or something. Don't worry I won't do it during any family holiday events, LOL!

Also I seem to have found a web site for Desouza. (Bryan also had told me you can find it at good health food stores.)

NO!! NO DEAD SEA SALT!! Dead Sea salt is VERY high in bromine, and can hurt you very bad. it is for external use only.
the De souza site is correct. don't waste your money on the chlorophyll though, stick with the spirulina or kelp. (not part of the Top Load, im just stating for general use)
sounds like you have it correct Jetijs... mix until it tastes like a nice potatoe chip (lip smackin mmm mmm gooood!!) if you havnt ever done a flush before, be prepared... try to use DAMP toiletries, as dry ones will make you VERY sore. don't freak out if you are going to the bathroom every 10 - 20 minutes, this is normal. just make sure you drink fresh water as you feel the need.
as for how often to do the Top loading... again, you must learn to read your body. if one night you have a craving for something salty, this is the sign to drink a glass. if you are not satisfied, drink another. as for Toploading, i do this about 2 or 3 times per year, depending on how much processed garbage i cannot avoid in a given time period. if my gut feels bloated, and im not getting at least one good bowel movement a day (one per meal is optimal) then i will flush.
futurepather, if you do it after the holidays then you can flush out all of those heavy fat/calorie meals before they can take hold of you.!!!

Bryan,
yes, it is my first flush time. It is now been 12 hours since I began the procedure. In the end of the first hour my stomach started to make bubbling noises from gases and liquids moving around there. I have consumed 3 table spoons of the salt mixed with 3 litres of water so far. After 10 hours I had to stop for a hour and a half, because my body seemed to reject the saltwater, it felt like one more sip and I will have to vomit, so I stopped and drank some fresh water. Just like if my stomach said "anything else but the salt water" After this resting period I went one with the procedure, everything seems to go well for now. It's gonna be a long night
Oh, I also have a moderate headache, it started a hour or two after I began the procedure. Is this normal?
Thanks. It's better to wear off by working than to rust by doing nothing.

yes, i got a headache my first time as well. remember, you are detoxing all sorts of chemicals , bugs, molds, mildews etc. what made mine easier was doing stomachs exercizes, sit ups, twists, toe touches, leg lifts etc. i believe this loosened my bowels a bit to make release easier. once you start going, it is much easier.
it is good that you are listening to your body... take a break if need be. just dont quit.
have you had a bowel movement yet, or is everything backed up?

Thanks Bryan, that is good to know about the salt and maybe I will wait until after the holidays.
I think lavender might be a good aid in this process. Perhaps used in (ideally) non-petrolium jelly to sooth the wiping process or for treatment after.
Also I wonder about taking papaya enzymes while doing the 24 hour cleanse. They help digestion. Is this a good idea?

Btw here's more on the non-petroleum jelly. I use the store bought kind but you can make it yourself :
Inspired by Better Basics for the Home, by Annie Berthold-Bond (Three Rivers Press, 1999).
This easy-to-make, all-natural formula is a fabulous stand-in for petroleum jelly, but you can use it with confidence since it doesn’t do any of the harm associated with petroleum products.
SIMPLE SOLUTION: You can use it to heal scrapes and rashes, protect and add a little gloss to your lips, and even dab some on finger and toenails to impart luster and moisturizing magic. This is a great multi-use formula. Find out how to make it here:
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces olive oil
1/2 ounce grated beeswax
12 drops grapefruit seed extract
1. In a double boiler over simmering water and medium heat, combine the olive oil and beeswax, and heat until the wax has melted.
2. Remove mixture from the heat and add the grapefruit seed extract.
3. Beat with a hand mixer until creamy.
Makes 1/4 cup. Store in a glass jar with a screw-top. This jelly will keep for a year.
Store brand : Un-Petroleum | Home
I believe the shampoos at the main stream grocery store still use a petroleum base (strange to get clean my rubbing that stuff in your scalp).
The is soooo senseless as something like grapeseed oil can be used instead. Try health food store brands for non petroleum shampoos.Keep your mind on the aether www.PathsToSucceed.com

hehe, add some sea salt to that non-petroleum jelly and it will probably last longer than a year, plus you have the full mineral spectrum for complete healing.
i think i would use a blender on high speed instead of the heat though... just personal preference. (HINT, vortex **cough**)
as for the papaya enzymes, im sure that will work, but the yogurt or kefir would be ideal. all of the procedures that i listed have been thoroughly tested, on over 500 participants with almost no side effects (other than bloating from drinking to much too fast) other items added during the top loading i cannot vouch for safely. this is why i have people repeat the steps they are going to take, to ensure things are not changed.

Bryan,
My flush is now over. I must say that it was an interesting experience. I had to run to the toilet all night long The hardest part for me was to get the salt water in me, but in such moments I just took a rest for a hour or so. At the end I drank somr kifir and went to bed. Now I feel good, maybe even better than usual. I will continue to consume sea salt but at lower quantities, about a teaspoon a day to keep my body provided with all the mineral it needs.

update on bali salt
i got myself 1 kilo of sea salt from bali, which, as the website shows, comes in a beautiful burlap bag; i love that bag
the salt, however, comes in a plastic bag, something the website does not mention at all
the website also fails to mention that this salt gets washed (in chlorinated water most likely) & sun dried twice so much so that perhaps 1/2 or more of its minerals are drained or evaporated out, as a result of which the salt has a mild flavor, is sort of hollow & weighs little
1 kilo of bali salt = twice the volume of 1 kilo of himalaya salt
