Hi Grace,

I continue to struggle with pain in my right arm, right foot and today my hips and right leg. Help! Also woke this morning at 5 AM in complete terror with my heart pounding...I don't remember a dream just woke suddenly feeling abolsutely terrified.

Very weird...sigh...

I woke up today and the knee is no longer in pain, the swelling is down and I can bend it and walk pretty normal!!!! Thank you, I love You!!!

Yes, Adam, you do say, "you are sorry". The real person you are saying you are sorry to is yourself, the child within. Dr Len explains it as being very kind and loving to your inner child. He takes time everyday to sit down with his child and appreciate, love and care for his inner child (unihipili ,the child subconscious). He also has a hot chocolate everyday and he does this for his unihipili as well.
It is all so very simple, but sometimes for us humans "simple" is very hard!!

By corrections she means strengthening areas in any of the bodies (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, psychological) Grace tests as "weak". Grace has been practicing CEM for so long she does this completely in her mind, totally awesome!
