I think the drug companies are starting to realize their time is limited. I mean they have products which are occasionally appropriate, but not at all to the extent that they are being used today.
There are several things recently which have seemed like signs to me that they are getting more reasonable because if they don't they will have nothing in a matter of time. Here is one of them. (I just can't picture them doing this if they didn't feel it was necessary bc they don't tend to do things out of the kindness of their hearts. Imo they are now just trying anything to keep a customer base.)
