What dont you understand? Private insurers cannot compete with a government insurer who only has to operate of self sustaining cost..Which causes a snow-ball effect resulting in private insurers to raise the prices on the remaining customers or go out of business...

"Our pool" meaning what then? People who choose to have health insurance vs. those who chose a public option?
Thats exactly what this whole discussion is about...If this bill passes thats the choice everyone is faced with

Just bc you are unclear in your explanation
My explaination is perfectly fine. You chose to take the word "ours" and assume that means i am representing an insurance company (Doesnt Everybody??) and then decided to attack me for a job that i dont do. All because you've been brainwashed by the obama administration to hate the insurance companies for being evil.

You assume all people who represent insurance are proud of theyre death leverage power? Sounds like that came straight from pelosi's mouth...

      10-year cost of $829 billion.
But the plan still leaves about 25 million people uninsured when fully phased in, in 2019. Of those, nearly 17 million would be U.S. citizens or legal residents. Nearly 50 million U.S. residents now lack coverage.
Beginning in 2013, Americans would be required to get health insurance, through an employer or a government program or by buying it themselves. Failure to obey the requirement would result in penalties of up to $750 per family.
Wow so ObamaCare will insure millions of more people...
Thats shocking to know considering theyll charge you for not being insured.

I have a solution! How about we throw that fine in right now and have a recount as to how many people are uninsured??? $829 Billion dollars that we dont have while spending it to cover the same amount of people that could be covered right now.

America became the richest nation in the world because it was smart enough to allow its citizens to run all the businesses.
