...Perhaps the question should be, how can it be a lawful state of emergency if it was never publicly declared?

You can't have a "secret" state of emergency, can you? Or can they? They want their cake and eat it too: With no announcement, they quietly take over all health related issues. No questions, no recourse. No chance for dissent to even grow, since only a few even know about it.

That was an extremely illuminating statement that is going to go viral on the web soon i think, once people read that for themselves.

That letter is so sick, so disgusting.. It is very disturbing to me. They are outlawing the advertising of natural remedies... Because a fake national emergency exists that was never made public.

They are saying that THEY can put poisons in our vaccines, force us to take them...

But no one is allowed to sell perfectly safe herbal remedies to counter them.

These herbal items usually ARE NOT covered by their rules... This phony emergency is the tool to make them covered (among other things, like allow for forced vaccinations).

Hmm, everyone must make these choices for themselves.. But it seems to me the best thing for these herbal sites to do would be to ignore it, and dare them to take them to court. I DO NOT THINK THIS COULD BE PROSECUTED. It would mean they would have to publicly declare this emergency....

AND THERE IS NO REASON FOR AN EMERGENCY. This would become very apparent quickly if it reached public awareness. Even the MSM would have to question this "emergency" if it was well-known... Its too obviously contrived. Plus, this could just be a stinking LIE. There may NOT really be a state of emergency (lol at least once it became well known anyway.. it could be called a "mistake")

product for sale that is intended to diagnose, mitigate, prevent, treat or cure the H1N1 Flu Virus in people. This product has not been approved, cleared, or otherwise authorized by FDA for use in the diagnosis, mitigation, prevention, treatment, or cure of the H1N1 Flu Virus.

On a webpage entitled, "The Swine Flu - H1N1 ," with the subtitle "Swine Flu and You":

You might also consider. .. the Weil Immune Support Formula[,] which contains both astragalus and immune-supportive polypore mushrooms ...."

On a product webpage describing the Immune Support Formula:

The above is not meant to be an all-inclusive list of violations. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you market are in compliance with the FFDC Act and FDA's implementing regulations. We advise you to review your websites, product labels, and other labeling and promotional materials to ensure that the claims you make for your products do not adulterate or misbrand the products in violation of the FFDC Act. 21 U.S.C. §§ 331, 351, 352. The Austrian government is putting a positive “spin” on the fact that Baxter was forced to drop mercury and squalene from its “swine flu” vaccine at the last moment by the German army and the German states - and claiming it had ordered the safer vaccine for Austrians all along.


The controlled media in Austria is happily going along with this misrepresentation of the facts.

The Austrian government failed to launch an investigation into Baxter’s contamination of 72 kilos of vaccine material with the live bird flu virus, an act which endangered the lives of millions, if not billions of people, inside Austria and outside Austria.

Far from investigating, the Austrian government appears to have actually actively helped cover up the crime by Baxter.

All the political parties in Austria, including the Green Party, had knowledge of Baxter’s illegal and dangerous activities and none of them shared this knowledge with the general public.

The Austrian government appears to have put pressure on those sections of the police force that investigated Baxter to resign.

The various members of the Austrian government, specifically the Chancellor, Health Minister, Justice Minister and Interior Minister have implicated themselves in a crime on an international scale.

Die Kosten für die freiwillige Impfung übernehmen die Krankenversicherungen, bezahlt werden muss lediglich die Rezeptgebühr.
Für Politiker gibt es, im Gegensatz zu Deutschland, in Österreich keine Extrawürstel. In der Alpenrepublik gibt es ausschließlich den Baxter-Impfstoff Celvapan, bestätigte am Montag Thomas Geiblinger, der Sprecher von Gesundheitsminister Alois Stöger, auf Standard-Anfrage. Falls notwendig, können 16 Millionen Dosen geliefert werden. Celvapan kommt ohne verstärkende Zusatzstoffe aus, enthält dafür aber eine größere Konzentration an inaktivierten Schweinegrippe-Viren.

In Deutschland hingegen sorgt die Impfaktion gegen die Schweinegrippe für große Aufregung. Seit Montag werden bundesweit 50 Millionen Dosen Pandemrix, hergestellt von der Firma GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), an Ärzte und Gesundheitsämter ausgeliefert. Das ist das Serum für das “normale Volk” . Doch es gibt eben auch Celvapan aus dem Hause Baxter. Von diesem hat die Regierung 200.000 Dosen bestellt - für die Bundeswehr, für Beamte und für Politiker.

Regierung und Hersteller versichern zwar, dass beide Mittel den gleichen medizinischen Nutzen haben. Doch Celvapan, jenes für die “Elite” , hat angeblich weniger Nebenwirkungen. Laut Innenministerium der pure Zufall. Man sei gezwungen gewesen, bei Baxter einzukaufen, da der Bund mit der Firma seit mehreren Jahren einen Liefervertrag für Impfstoffe hat.

Zwar beteuert Kanzlerin Angela Merkel, auch sie werde das “Volks-Serum” nehmen, doch die Empörung ist groß. “Dieser Vorgang ist äußert unglücklich. Es entsteht der Eindruck einer Zweiklassenmedizin” , kritisiert SPD-Gesundheitsexperte Karl Lauterbach. “Zweierlei Impfstoffe für Regierung und Bevölkerung ist das falsche Signal” , sagt auch Ulrike Mascher, Chefin des Sozialverbandes VdK.

(Natural News) Vaccine mythology remains rampant in both western medicine and the mainstream media. To hear the vaccination zealots say it, vaccines are backed by “good science,” they’ve been “proven effective” and they’re “perfectly safe.”


You would have the same level of protection from the flu if you brought your own personal voodoo doll to the clinic and had them inject that with the vaccine instead of you.



Oh really? Where’s all that good science? As it turns out, there’s isn’t any. Flu vaccines (including swine flu vaccines) are based entirely on a vaccine mythology that assumes all vaccines work and no vaccines can be scientifically questioned. Anyone who dares question the safety or effectiveness of vaccines is immediately branded a danger to public health and marginalized in the scientific community.


Here are ten questions vaccine-pushing doctors and health authorities absolutely refuse to answer:


#1) Where are the randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies proving flu vaccines are both safe and effective?


Answer: There aren’t any.


#2) Where, then, is the so-called “science” backing the idea that flu vaccines work at all?


Answer: Other than “cohort studies,” there isn’t any. And the cohort studies have been thoroughly debunked. Scientifically speaking, there isn’t a scrap of honest evidence showing flu vaccines work at all.


#3) How can methyl mercury (Thimerosal, a preservative used in flu vaccines) be safe for injecting into the human body when mercury is an extremely toxic heavy metal?


Answer: It isn’t safe at all. Methyl mercury is a poison. Along with vaccine adjuvants, it explains why so many people suffer autism or other debilitating neurological side effects after being vaccinated.


#4) Why do reports keep surfacing of children and teens suffering debilitating neurological disorders, brain swelling, seizures and even death following flu vaccines or HPV vaccines?


Answer: Because vaccines are dangerous. The vaccine industry routinely dismisses all such accounts — no matter how many are reported — as “coincidence.”


#5) Why don’t doctors recommend vitamin D for flu protection, especially when vitamin D activates the immune response far better than a vaccine?


Answer: Because vitamin D can’t be patented and sold as “medicine.” You can make it yourself. If you want more vitamin D, you don’t even need a doctor, and doctors tend not to recommend things that put them out of business.


#6) If human beings need flu vaccines to survive, then how did humans survive through all of Earth’s history?


Answer: Human genetic code is already wired to automatically defend you against invading microorganisms (as long as you have vitamin D).


#7) If the flu vaccine offers protection against the flu, then why are the people who often catch the flu the very same people who were vaccinated against it?


Answer: Because those most vulnerable to influenza infections are the very same people who have a poor adaptive response to the vaccines and don’t build antibodies. In other words flu vaccines only “work” on people who don’t need them. (And even building antibodies doesn’t equate to real-world protection from the flu, by the way.)


#8) If the flu vaccine really works, then why was there no huge increase in flu death rates in 2004, the year when flu vaccines were in short supply and vaccination rates dropped by 40%?


Answer: There was no change in the death rate. You could drop vaccination rates to zero percent and you’d still see no change in the number of people dying from the flu. That’s because flu vaccines simply don’t work.


#9) How can flu vaccines reduce mortality by 50% (as is claimed) when only about 10% of winter deaths are related to the flu in the first place?
They can’t. The 50% statistic is an example of quack medical marketing. If I have a room full of 100 people, then I take the 50 healthiest people and hand them a candy bar, I can’t then scientifically claim that “candy bars make people healthy.” That’s essentially the same logic behind the “50% reduction in mortality” claim of flu vaccines.


#10) If flu vaccines work so well, then why are drug makers and health authorities so reluctant to subject them to scientific scrutiny with randomized, placebo-controlled studies?


Answer: Although they claim such studies would be “unethical,” what’s far more unethical is to keep injecting hundreds of millions of people every year with useless, harmful vaccines that aren’t backed by a shred of honest evidence.


Vaccine voodoo?


The vaccine industry is about making money, not actually offering immune protection against the flu. Whether people get the flu or not is irrelevant to the bottom-line profits of the drug companies. What matters most is that people continue to take the flu shots, and making that happen depends entirely on pushing the vaccine mythology that infects the minds of doctors and health authorities today.


There was a time when all “good” doctors believed in bloodletting. Sickness was caused by evil spirits, they thought, and releasing pints of blood from the patient would clear the evil spirits and accelerate healing. Any doctor who questioned the science behind bloodletting was called a “denier.” All the “good” doctors said, “We know bloodletting works, so we don’t need science to back it up.”


Today, you hear the exact same thing about vaccines. “We know they work,” doctors claim, “so we don’t need any real science to back it up.” Anyone who questions the safety of flu vaccines (or H1N1 vaccines) is branded a “denier.” Anyone who asks for solid scientific evidence supporting the efficacy of vaccines is called a troublemaker. They don’t need any evidence. They already know vaccines work.


With that being the case, why bother calling it medicine at all? Why not just call it VOODOO? Why not accompany vaccines with the wave of a magic wand and some shamanic chanting? Maybe doctors should tell their patients to cross their fingers before being injected with a vaccine because “that makes it work better.”


Seriously. Everything that doctors accuse “quacks” of doing with homeopathy, or herbs, or energy medicine is now being done by the doctors themselves when it comes to vaccines. They are following the exact same “quackery” they accuse other of pursuing.


This brings me to an important observation about modern medicine: MY quackery is okay, but YOUR quackery isn’t!


That’s the attitude of vaccine-pushing doctors and health authorities. As long as the quackery is widely agreed upon by the medical masses, then to heck with actual scientific evidence.


Quackery only needs good company, not good science, to be accepted as true.


Why natural medicine is inherently safer
Of course, these vaccine devotees might say, well, you don’t have any good evidence to support your anti-viral herbs, or your medicinal teas, or your vitamin D nutrition either. But in saying that, they miss the whole point: Foods, herbs and nutrition are all natural, biocompatible healing elements that have been part of the human experience for as long as humans have roamed this planet. A chemical injection with a sharp needle that pierces the skin, on the other hand, is extremely interventionist. It’s unnatural and in many ways quite radical. As such, it demands a higher burden of scientific proof than something that human beings have evolved with over time.


Foods, herbs and natural medicines have been around for millions of years. Vaccines have existed for less than a hundred years, and routine season flu vaccinations have really only been pushed hard for less than twenty years. They have no track record of success. They aren’t natural, they aren’t compatible with human biology, and they contain extremely toxic substances that clearly do not belong in the human body.


Given such extremes, the burden of proof for both safety and efficacy of vaccines falls onto those who would advocate them. And yet, to this day, no such proof has been offered… or is even pursued. There isn’t even a plan in place to someday find out if flu vaccines really work. The whole plan is to just pursue “business as usual” and keep injecting people whether it really works or not.


Vaccine needles would be far more honest if they were shaped like question marks.


Flu vaccines are the voodoo of modern medicine.

That’s an interesting idea, actually. We could really reduce national health care costs if we just administered western medicines to our voodoo dolls instead of our actual bodies. Got cancer? Just poison your voodoo doll with chemotherapy. Side effects are almost non-existent. Need heart bypass surgery? Just have them operate on the doll (it’s far less complicated). Want some protection from the winter flu? Just vaccinate the doll. It’s quick and painless.


The results would be no worse than what people are experiencing right now. In fact, in most cases they might actually be better.

I read the whole thing once and it does say you do not have to be told.

When was The Lieber Code of 1863 repeal? .. it wasn't.
What was it, 3 years after the war had ended, 10-12 states
congresses were taken over by the military force because they
would not vote for AMENDMENT 14.
Those states congresses were replaced with folk that would vote YES for AMENDMENT 14 adopted on July 9, 1868.
This happened after those states had previously voting for AMENDMENT 13 adopted on December 6, 1865.
Civil war began on April 12, 1861 and ended on April 9, 1865.
Does this sound like the Lieber Code of 1863 was repealed?

Obama declares swine flu national emergency

Order could speed up treatments by waiving certain medical standards

WASHINGTON - President Barack Obama has signed a proclamation declaring swine flu a national emergency, the White House said Saturday.
"In keeping with the administration's proactive approach to H1N1 Flu, President Obama last night signed a proclamation declaring 2009-H1N1 Influenza a national emergency," it said in a statement. "The proclamation enhances the ability of our nation's medical treatment facilities to handle a surge in H1N1 patients by allowing, as needed, the waiver of certain standard federal requirements on a case-by-case basis."

Officials described the move as similar to a declaration ahead of a hurricane making landfall.

On Friday, federal [COLOR=darkgreen ! important]health[/color] officials said more Americans have been vaccinated against seasonal flu this fall than ever before by this time of year.

Sixty million people have gotten the winter flu vaccine — probably because they're paying more attention to flu warnings in general, thanks to swine flu. It's an unprecedented number of [COLOR=darkgreen ! important]seasonal flu[/color] shots for October; most usually aren't given until later in the fall.

Part of it is due to supply: There are already 85 million doses of seasonal flu vaccine available, a much larger amount than usual for this early in the fall. Most years, roughly 100 million doses are used during the season.
But a big factor probably is that swine flu is drawing attention to public health warnings that seasonal flu is also a deadly illness that can be prevented through vaccinations, said Joe Quimby, a spokesman for the [COLOR=darkgreen ! important]U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention[/color].

"There's been a heightened awareness in the American public due to H1N1 this year," said Quimby.

More widespread than ever

Swine flu is also more widespread now than it's ever been, and has resulted in more than 1,000 U.S. deaths so far.

Flu illnesses are as widespread now as they are at the winter peak of normal flu seasons, CDC Director Dr. Thomas Frieden told reporters Friday. "To be basically in the peak of flu season in October is extremely unusual," he said.

"We expect that influenza will occur in waves and we can't predict how high, how far or how long the wave will go or when the next will come," he added.

"Many millions" of Americans have had swine flu so far, according to an estimate he gave at a Friday press conference. The government doesn't test everyone to confirm swine flu so it doesn't have an exact count.
Frieden updated some other estimates, too, saying there have been more than 20,000 hospitalizations.

Nearly 100 swine flu deaths in children have been reported, CDC officials also said.

Forty-six states now have widespread flu activity. The only states without widespread flu are Connecticut, Hawaii, New Jersey and South Carolina. There are at least two different types of flu causing illnesses; tests from about 5,000 patients suggest that nearly all the flu cases are swine flu.

'Frustrating' production delays

This year's seasonal flu vaccine won't protect against swine flu; a separate swine flu vaccine is needed. Vaccine production takes several months, and the work on seasonal vaccine was already well under way when swine flu was first identified in April. It was too late for the swine flu virus to be included in the seasonal doses.

Because of swine flu vaccine production delays, the government has backed off initial, optimistic estimates that as many as 120 million vaccine doses would be available by mid-October. As of Wednesday, only 11 million doses had been shipped to health departments, [COLOR=darkgreen ! important]doctor's[/color] offices and other providers across the country, CDC officials said.

"It's frustrating to all of us. We wish there were more vaccine available," Frieden said.

The flu virus has to be grown in chicken eggs, and the yield hasn't been as high as was initially hoped, CDC officials explained. "Even if you yell at them, they don't grow faster," Frieden said.

He added that 5 million new doses became available in the past week, and vaccine should be more plentiful soon.

Much of the vaccine currently available is a nasal spray from AstraZeneca's unit MedImmune.

The Obama administration has ordered vaccine from five manufacturers: Sanofi-Aventis SA, CSL Ltd, Novartis AG, GlaxoSmithKline and AstraZeneca's MedImmune.

Also Friday, the World Health Organization reported more than 414,000 laboratory confirmed cases of H1N1 worldwide, with nearly 5,000 deaths.
But the Geneva-based health agency noted that the figures were only the tip of the iceberg.

"As many countries have stopped counting individual cases, particularly of milder illness, the case count is significantly lower than the actual number of cases that have occurred," WHO said.

h1n1 vaccine here in town

Friend at a local hospital - despite the warnings - took the H1N1 vaccine (by injection) and has been out of work for 3 days now sicker than she has ever been. I just hope she doesn't have any long term disability from it!!!

The vaccines have made it to my town in small numbers...couple thousand people so far I believe.

On one news report, I saw the report at some Veterans Memorial Center or something that some people were lined up to get the free vaccine. A police officer and reporter were out front. They kept talking about the line was going out around past the corner of the block but the camera shot I saw were that it was barely longer than the end of the building! lol

They kept talking (both police and reporter) about getting down as soon as possible to prevent from waiting too long. This was 100% completely manufactured. The line was actually very, very small at the time of the report and they could NOT show any line longer than a few dozen people. I know manufactured news has become quite the standard instead of the exception anymore but this is ridiculous.

I don't know how many wound up having the vaccine over the course of that day, probably quite a few more people but the story about how long the line is was completely FAKE.

Facts don't back up flu fears

People die of the flu. This is no consolation to the family of 13-year-old Evan Frustaglio, the Toronto boy who died Monday, apparently after contracting swine flu. But it is true.

This was so before this latest pandemic. It will almost certainly continue to be so in the future. But it is no reason to go off the deep end.

Keep things in perspective. What is worrisome about this particular strain, sometimes known as Novel Swine-origin Influenza A (H1N1), is its newness. We know, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, that is contains genes from pigs, humans and birds. We know from experience that such a mix gives it the potential to pass back and forth between species and to become particularly virulent.

Which is presumably one reason why the public health establishment is so fixated on swine flu. The other reason may that world governments are using this pandemic as a test run to see how they would respond to a real crisis.

But what we also know is that, so far, this flu strain has been no more serious than any other.

To put it another way: Before the H1N1 scare, the death from flu of a 13-year-old boy wouldn't have led newscasts across the nation.

Consider the facts.

According to the World Health Organization, fewer than 5,000 people have died around the globe from this variant of swine flu. In any normal year, influenza causes between 250,000 and 500,000 deaths worldwide.

In the Southern Hemisphere, the winter flu season is now over. In spite of dire predictions, only 185 people died from swine flu in Australia – considerably fewer than the roughly 3,000 who succumb to seasonal influenza in that country each year.

And no, it wasn't because the population was immunized. Australia's vaccination campaign against swine flu took off last month.

Last week, U.S. President Barack Obama declared swine flu a national emergency after about 1,000 Americans died. Yet according to the Centers for Disease Control, roughly 50,000 Americans die every year from seasonal flu – without any politician paying much attention.

What does seem to be true, according to early statistics, is that this particular strain is harder on people in the prime of their lives. Common flu strains tend to hit the very young and very old.

In that sense, the real novelty of this novel H1N1 strain may be that it is killing the wrong people.

For those youngish and middle-aged people who tend to dominate both politics and the media, this is understandably worrying.

What's more unnerving, however, is the level of hype surrounding this flu virus, hype that at times comes dangerously close to hysteria.

The public health dictum suggesting that people wash their hands to prevent the virus' spread has transformed itself, in some areas (like the Catholic Archdiocese of Ottawa) into a near-ban on shaking hands.

Demand for hand sanitizers has exploded, as individuals and institutions search for ways to make physical contact safe.

Yet experts are divided over handwashing. A 2007 study done for the Public Health Agency of Canada and chaired by Toronto microbiologist Donald Low concluded that the practice does little to prevent flu transmission, largely because this particular virus is airborne.

Polls show that the public is taking a casual attitude toward swine flu. This alarms those beating the H1N1 drum. But given the actual evidence, maybe the public is onto something.
