Tuberculosis has all the characteristics of what is called h1n1 virus.

The existence of the virus has not be proven.
If the virus has not been isolated and proven to exist, what is in the vaccine?

This is not the first time a known disease is just called a new different name.

Furthermore there was no scientifically published evidence that French virologists have done so either. Therefore, mentioned Engdahl, "To mandate a vaccination for a putative (supposed or assumed to exist) disease that has never been characterized, is dubious to say the least."

WHO freely admits that there were approximately 1.8 million deaths from tuberculosis in 2007, the most recent year for which data are available as well as that presently about one-third of the world's population, or two billion people, carry the TB bacteria.

Is the vaccine really just grounded up pieces of tuberculosis?

If I might stick my wrinkled neck out a bit and interject some off the wall and very strange thoughts.

We should all understand that the world (earth) can not sustain the growth in population as taking place and unless something happens to correct the growth, utter chaos is the only future to look forward to.

So in my mind what are the options? Well wars are becoming old hat, they are a waste of the most precious resource governments seem to desire (money), "yes money and power go together". So how do we control population growth without wars? Not hunger, that leads to war, rebellion. Birth control, really how effective has that been. Selective culling, well that will cause wars also because there will always be those sympathetic to those culled. So what is left, pestilence, no don't think so, same thing with hunger, it will cause wars.

In the above paragraph I consider selective culling to be similar to getting rid of all the people older than say 45. But this also has its problems. What about a binary agent? Lets say we create a false alarm situation so that we can cause a mass of people to line up and receive our binary culling agent.

So far so good. Now when we need to reduce world population we only have to introduce the complement of our binary partner. We could control the spread by say martial law in which we contain the culling to specific area's.

Well I need to get back to my sci-fi book, this whole idea has really got my attention and I must find out how it all ends.

When folks are risen up to middle class status, when they prosper and are educated, population growth stops naturally. No draconian laws are needed, and certainly no NWO genocide plans.

What will do this the fastest for the third world? Cheap, clean, safe, & renewable energy available to all

I respectfully disagree with this narrow assessment. You can not eat amperes and can not drink volts. The world has a shortage of potable water which is near critical, a massive loss of top soils so crops do not grow, magnetic and temperature shifts that will further limit and total change the areas and amount of food production. You can have all the Joules in the universe in your pocket, but, this does not answer the other scientific problems that exist that would require a reduced population from what is available to sustain such life.

I am very interested in how KWhrs will be magic and correct all of these problems of which we currently see no answer?

I do feel the free energy idea is flawed, greatly flawed and is only a small part of the total problem and is not the magic to solve it all.

While some areas are overcrowded and choking with pollution and waste, there are vast areas which could be populated. This would require investments, such as available power, access to drinking water, among many other factors. Cellular towers aren't necessary among them. There are millions of people living beyond any imaginable poverty line, without access to those basic requirements for survival. Tens of thousands die every day from hunger and illnesses which could be cured. Thousands of tons of food goes to waste by the end of day from superstores in every bigger city. Millions of kids can only dream of getting education instead of having to go to work every day to support their families, while other millions dream of new generation gadgets, money for nothing and see education as unnecessary burden. Syndicates multiplying trillions, NASA bombing moon in search for water and military projects swallowing billions to conquer and kill other nations more effectively. Media brainwashing people, keeping them on the level of six grader and telling how to spend more money on things they don't need. World's wealth divided among few hundred inbreeds making decisions affecting billions. Food crisis around the globe could be fixed. Most illnesses could be cured. Dignity of many human beings could be restored. There is plenty of space on the Earth for everyone. What would it take to make this happen?

Overpopulation is not a problem. There is enough land at our feet that every man woman and child could have a 50x50 piece of land in austrailia.

1 sq mile = 640 acres; Australia is approx. 3 million sq miles
640 x 3 million = 1.95 billion
approx. 7 billion people who each get 1/4 acre
1/4 x 7 billion = 1.75 billion

Its the human paradigm of power and control which forces poverty among numbers of people. How many countries have dictators who are consumed by the quest for power to such a degree that theyre citizens suffer social and technological advances simply to keep them dependant upon the dictatorship?

There obviously is enough land for everyone to have theyre own garden and for poverty to be stopped in its tracks (with our current population). I think Jibbguy may have been pointing at the hopful possibility of OverUnity changing that "quest for power" mind set. As the truth is, right now we can all live together in peace if we so choose. I do agree with Jibbguy, an enlightened and educated population would not need to be forcefully controlled. They would obviously be able to see the data and realize what choices they need to make.

However, the current mind set humans have adopted in which we believe we are entitled to use and abuse the land we live on however we want, is something OverUnity would not change. Thats a paradigm we would need to change all on our own. The hurdles to jump are huge, and the future will be a sight to see.

There is no question that cheap energy would bootstrap up a pre-industrial society. When folks can have cottage industries, small factories and other businesses, prosperity is created; and will happen on it's own.

Not the sick disgusting claims of prosperity based on gambling parasites that Wall St. lies about... But REAL properity... on Main Street. With small businesses, and locally owned production means... Fed by a new middle class that now consume goods and services and create demand... Something good for our economy, too.

The people in these countries have enough natural resources to do this: We know because our corporations have been blatantly stealing from them for decades, paying off their government officials with bribes, insuring nothing ever changes there (except to get even worse for the people). This is the way to beat this damned criminal cycle: Break the energy monopolies, and tell the trans-national corporations to go to hell.

This is the problem with the rather "narrow" thinking of our American society: That other cultures are somehow the flawed ones, because they are so poor. WE are the flawed ones, not them... We are taking the wonders and wealth we are given.... And wasting them senselessly, and denying prosperity to the rest of the planet in the process... Much like cruel, petulant little children. This will end one way or the other, no matter what people here think about their natural superiority

When you travel all over the world and meet and befriend folks of other cultures, you learn this; and realize that the world view we are taught here is well beyond narrow: it is plain evil. And i won't be apologizing for saying this any time soon lol : WE ARE the problem in this world, not the solution. I've learned this in Hyderabad, Bangalore, in Seoul, and more than a dozen other cities from a hundred good folks who don't look or talk anything like me... But are just as intelligent and valuable as human beings as i.

But you may be right in one sense: Energy itself is not the answer, if it is handled like it is here... As a closed corporate monopoly. But that's the "Free" in free energy: To free us from those chains. When people generate their own power, they create their own prosperity. AND WE WILL, someday soon.

I hear this "water is precious" argument all the time: Sorry, but it doesn't hold, eh, water .... Cheap desalination is the answer. So is cheap well pumping. So is cheap gray water reclamation and precipitators. As the glaciers melt off, this raise in ocean levels could be partially offset by desalination plants running off of cheap energy... And the Sahara Desert could become green fields... This in turn would change local weather patterns and create more rainfall downwind.

The ONLY reason water is being deliberately sold to us as being a ""precious commodity" now, is to create fear, and to get us ready to have that turned into a corporate monopoly too. THE HELL WITH FEAR, and to hell with the fear mongers too.

The reason the desperately poor have so many children, is because it is a survival strategy. Every being tries to survive, to have it's genes survive. This is instinct. If the hard questions of survival are taken away with stability and prosperity, the population rapid growth stops.

Will Pennsylvania be next state to adopt forced vaccinations?

Pennsylvania House Bill 492, the Emergency Health Powers Act, was introduced by Rep. Ken Smith (D) on February 18, 2009, as an amendment to The Administrative Code of 1929 which outlines provisions for dealing with public health emergencies. HB 492 contains provisions that, during a health emergency, allow for the public takeover of private property and infrastructure, restriction of free trade, quarantines, mandatory medical treatments, and forced vaccinations.

Similar to the Massachusetts pandemic bills that were passed by both the House and Senate back in October, HB 492 follows suit with a laundry list of unconstitutional mandates not lawfully afforded to the State, even during a pandemic. A final, combined version of the two Massachusetts bills is currently awaiting passage.

Though the Pennsylvania bill has been sitting with the Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee since February, there is a possibility it could move out of committee and be rushed for a vote in the very near future. Because many other states have begun trying to replicate the Massachusetts template for government tyranny during a crisis, it is crucial for the public to stop this bill and others like it before it ever makes it to the Congressional floor.

Section 2523-D furnishes the Governor with the power to mobilize the National Guard for active duty to achieve and enforce the bill's objectives.
Section 2532-D allows for the control of facilities, property, trade, food rationing, commodities distribution and the movement of people during a crises.
Section 2542-D authorizes the coercion of persons to submit to medical examinations, testing, and any other medical treatments deemed necessary by the public health authority. The public health authority is not subject to any judicial restraints or accountability and persons refusing to comply with its mandates will face third-degree misdemeanor penalties.
Section 2544-D sanctions forced vaccinations if deemed necessary which furnish power to detain, quarantine, and impose third-degree misdemeanor charges for those who refuse to comply.
Section 2574-D grants immunity from liability to the state for death or injury to persons and for damage caused to property as a result of enforcing said provisions. It grants the same immunity to private persons, firms, or corporations who cause death, injury, or destruction while acting under the direction of the state in helping to enforce the provisions.

Essentially the bill will allow for the complete takeover of the state during a public health emergency by the Governor, the National Guard, and those from the private sector called upon to assist in the takeover. Aside from the decimation of liberty and free trade, mandatory medical treatments, and forced vaccinations, the state will not be held liable for the death and destruction caused by enforcing its requirements.

Additionally, private persons, parties, groups, corporations, or whoever is accessible and willing can be called upon to enforce these heinous provisions on their fellow citizens with the same protection from liability for the death and destruction caused by enforcement.

Since the White House recently declared a national health emergency on October 24, contingency plans like HB 492 on the state level are becoming chillingly more possible and likely. The idea of martial law being declared during an emergency, whether it is a manufactured pandemic or something else, is no longer baseless fear-mongering but a sordid reality.

It is paramount that concerned citizens actively and forcefully oppose draconian laws such as HB 492 and demand that their elected officials oppose unconstitutional power grabs, especially during crises when those seeking such power prey on the fears of the public.

WHO Continues To Deceive: Assumes That Ukraine Plague Is H1N1 Swine Flu

The World Health Organization (WHO) is continuing to deceive the world by stating sweeping assumptions about the Ukraine pandemic. Despite huge differences in transmission and deaths rates, the agency stated Tuesday that it was valid to assume that most of the cases of influenza reportedly combing through the Ukraine were caused by the pandemic A(H1N1) virus.

There is very little left to be respected of the WHO. After months of using junk science and contradictions to conceal actual swine flu cases, they are now launching phase two of their deceptive operation: Convince the world that a more lethal strain of flu is still the same H1N1 virus.

Infectious disease expert Dr. Donald Lau explained that the chances of the Ukrainian pandemic being the same H1N1 virus that has infected the world are very low. “The statistical probability of this being the same H1N1 virus are infinitesimally small.” Dr. Lau stated that the high viral transmission rates are extremely unusual for H1N1 and there is almost certainly some type of new virus, or a lethal recombination that has occurred.

Dr. Lau speculated that the Ukraine government or the WHO may be withholding and/or suppressing information for some unknown reason. “There must have been some misrepresentation of actual deaths versus infection rates.” Dr. Lau has estimated the probable fatality rate of this new virus to be close to 0.5 percent which is astronomically higher than the H1N1 virus in any part of the world.

Ukrainian authorities on Sunday launched an urgent appeal for help from world powers after it imposed drastic measures to tackle a sudden surge of flu-like illness in the country.

Almost 500,000 cases of influenza and acute respiratory illness have been reported, according to approximate but official Ukrainian figures cited by the WHO.

“Given the potential significance of this outbreak as an early warning signal, WHO commends the government of Ukraine for its transparent reporting and open sharing of samples,” the UN health agency said in a statement.

“As the pandemic virus has rapidly become the dominant influenza strain worldwide, it can be assumed that most cases of influenza in Ukraine are caused by the H1N1 virus,” the agency said.

“Judging from the symptomalogy of the reported victims, it seems highly improbable that there are less than one-hundred deaths considering the amount of infections stated,” said Lau. The dominant H1N1 influenza strain has not been capable of producing such a large amount of infections or deaths in such a short period. “The H1N1 swine flu virus is mild in comparison to the influenza strain currently attacking the Ukraine, it is not the same virus or strain as what we’ve seen,” added Lau.

The expeditious rise in infections and deaths in the past few days raise many concerns that the virus is transmitting very efficiently. Spikes in cases have been reported throughout the northern hemisphere, but the increased fatalities and the frequency in hemorrhagic cases in Ukraine have particularly raised concerns.

The highest rates of “acute respiratory illness/influenza-like illness” were found in western areas, while they were also increasing rapidly around the capital Kiev, according to the WHO. Eighty-one people have died as a result of flu and acute respiratory infections, the Ukrainian health ministry said, but the pandemic A(H1N1) virus has been confirmed in only one of the fatal cases.

The WHO said a team of specialists who arrived in the country on Monday will initially focus on the Lvov region, where reported “severe” cases of acute respiratory illness “have been especially high.”

Samples from Ukraine have also been received by the WHO’s influenza research laboratory in London for tests.

“Many questions remain to be answered,” the WHO said.

“The outbreak in Ukraine may be indicative of how the virus can behave in the northern hemisphere during the winter season, particularly in health care settings typically found in eastern Europe,” it added.
