Has anyone used one?
I've been doing a little reading about it and it sounds very interesting. It also seems to be an easy and non-invasive way of doing detox.
I've also read a theory that suggests that difficulty in losing weight is due to toxins being stored in fat. The fat is actually keeping the toxins from doing more damage to your body. If you detox, then the fat can be released. That's a very pared down version of the theory, but I think you get the idea.
Just curious if anyone here has any experience with the FIR saunas.
