I though the water is put between petri dish before...
I don't think I can replicate cooked rice experiment now though. I think my house is filled with the effect of my experiment now. Food stay fresh longer to the poin of food that usually become acidic after a day still eadible after two..... Even soup do not become acidic as fast.....
I do believe intention can have effect on water. I use water to test male and female energy now, fog in ice to be exact.
