  • I made some changes to the water I use!

It is so simple, and basic, but I have never spent a great deal of energy on water.

In the last few months I had some time, and an urge to learn a bit more about water.

Water makes up more than two thirds of the weight of the human body, and without it, we would die in a few days.
    • The human brain is made up of 95% water
    • Blood is 82%
    • Lungs 90%

A mere 2% drop in our body's water supply can trigger signs of dehydration:
    • fuzzy short-term memory
    • trouble with basic math
    • difficulty focusing on smaller print, such as a computer screen.
    • Mild dehydration is also one of the most common causes of daytime fatigue. An estimated seventy-five percent of Americans have mild, chronic dehydration.

    • Water serves as a lubricant
    • Water forms the base for saliva
    • Water forms the fluids that surround the joints.
    • Water regulates the body temperature, as the cooling and heating is distributed through perspiration.
    • Water helps to alleviate constipation by moving food through the intestinal tract and thereby eliminating waste- the best detox agent.
    • Water helps regulate metabolism

Since my body is 2/3 water, I figured it was pretty important to have the best quality water I could have.

I posted a question on the forum about ionized and magnetized water - http://www.energeticforum.com/health...zed-water.html and did quite a bit or reading both on the forum here, and many other sources. Aaron also pointed me in some good directions.

I came to the conclusion that the best water for my body needed to have the following characteristics:
    1. It needs to be Clean-impurities, chemicals, etc. filtered out
    2. It needs to be Organized, or Structured
    3. It needs to be Hydrogen Rich
    4. It needs to have a Stable Alkalinity/ORP (anti-oxidant)

After realizing the above, I researched how to achieve these in the most convenient, inexpensive manner.

The most convenient, and inexpensive way to have stable alkaline water
is via the Hydrogen Stick invented by Dr. Hayashi.

The results Mary and I have been experiencing are quite compelling-

    Softer (more hydrated) skin
    More energetic/light feeling
    Tastes good
Feels good (the water feels silky)
More energy from less food (result-eating less)

These are just some of the benefits that we have experienced in few short weeks ...you can read more that others have experience at the link above.

I will be sharing more in the coming weeks, specifically about the role of hydrogen in water and our bodies, the way we found to have structured water coming out of our faucets in our home, and the benefits from all this.

Interesting result, however I would be interested to know if you sleep less or do not need sleep much too?

If you have time or possible, can you freeze the hydrogen water stick in a glass of water and post the photos result?

If the device is like what I imagine it to be, you may also feel its effect only by carrying it around.

Now that you mention it, I do think I am getting a better rest...probably one of the reasons I feel more energetic. But I am still sleeping about the same amount of time.

I will check with Mary tomorrow to see if she thinks her sleep has changed.

Do you want me to freeze just some water that has been treated by the Hydrogen stick, or do you want me to freeze the actual stick in some water?

I am not at all sure that it is a good idea to freeze the actual stick, but if that is what you want, I will check with the MFG. and see what they say.

I do know that the main component of the stick is magnesium, I do not think carrying it around would produce the same benefit as hydrogen rich water.

Below is a bit of info on how it works-

The well known method in Japan is the electrolysis of water (the principle of electrolysis of water is to split water, a compound of hydrogen and oxygen, back into original hydrogenand oxygen.).

The two kinds of water obtained by this process have been called ionized alkaline water (water with increased hydrogen) and ionized acidic water(water with increased oxygen), which you have probably heard of. I studied electrolyzed water for many years, and it is true that this cathodic water contains a large amount of hydrogen immediately after it is produced.

However, since hydrogen is the lightest element in the universe, this water loses its hydrogen rapidly, and in 2001 it was revealed that it reverts to ordinary water only several minutes after it is produced. Therefore I decided to call this cathodic water ”Temporarily Hydrogen Rich Water " (hydrogen rich only after electrolysis).

In contrast, the water I have named " Constantly Hydrogen Rich Water ", and which I am now presenting as a new proposal, is water obtained according to chemical formula written below. It is a reaction in which magnesium metal reacts with water to produce magnesium hydroxide, while producing at the same time atomic hydrogen which then makes molecular hydrogen.

      Mg + 2H2O ► Mg(OH)2 + 2H ► Mg(OH)2 + H2

      Mg = Magnesium Metal H2O = Water
Mg(OH)2 = Magnesium Hydroxide H = Atomic Hydrogen (Active Hydrogen)
H2 = Molecular Hydrogen (Hydrogen Gas)

From people experience so far feeling energetic is not related with sleep. One people even mention he sleep only 3 hour a day but still feel very fresh and energetic.

If submerging is not possible, just putting the device besides the glass or under is fine. It that is not possible, maybe only the water, but maybe we don't see much change.

Orgone device can change water pH just like magnet or vortex:

Do Dr Hayashi have change of pH video?

If the device really use chemical reaction, then carrying round may not give effect. But then, do you see sulfation or do you see the device corroded?

If your doing anything over a 25% water change you need to use a dechlorinator.

work out how much you need to use by working out the water volume that you will be adding.

            Hi sucahyo,

Sorry for the delay in responding. Been super busy.

Here is a link to two videos on Dr. Hayashi's hydrogen stick.

            YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.

I will freeze some water and post the pics soon.

Oh, and to answer your first question, no I am still sleeping pretty much the same number of hours, no drastic reduction like you mention.

              Hi guys

Good on you for bringing this up. Water responds to intention like canvas responds to paint, that's one of the most important truths I know about water. As much as possible, I've removed right angles in my plumbing, used twisted PVC pipes to introduce spin into the flow of water and even written and painted things on my waterpipes, partly because it looks good and mostly because I want my water to be as vital, energised and infused with positivity as it can be.

If you have the money, reverse osmosis water filters to treat all your water as it comes into your property are a great investment, because it's not just your drinking water that needs to be pure and healthy. The water you bathe in is transpired through the skin, your skin literally drinks in the water you bathe in.

With regard to the freezing, I think it may be the crystal structure of the water as it forms into a solid Sucahyo is interested in. It's the work Masaru Emoto has been doing, researching his hypothesis that water undergoes a physical change in it's molecular cohesion depending on certain intent-based stimuli, such as prayers, sutras, blessings, even simply thinking "I love my water, thank you" as you fill a glass to drink from.

I don't know the exact method, but the process involves photographing or video taping a drop of water using powerful microscopic zooms as it freezes.

You put a drop of water in a petri dish, put the microscope in a freezer and put the petri dish under the microscope, and remotely capture the formation of water crystals at the tip of the drop of water as it freezes.

You would have a number of controls, untreated, water samples and a number of treated samples, and freeze them all and collate the results, looking for evidence of cohesive geometric structure in the in the treated water's crystals. Treating the water can be anythings from writing "love and grattitude" on the side of the dish, to meditating or praying over a glass of water to, in this case, treating it with the hydrogen stick.

Although I believe you can send samples to Dr Emoto's lab, I also think it would be possible to use maybe a cheap, usb microscope and a chest freezer to possibly get a decent result. The idea is to focus the view on the very tip of the drop of water, and capture the ice crystal in the process of forming.

              eg

This is an ice crystal from a drop of water with "love and thanks" written on the side of the dish.

This one had "you fool" written on it.

Now, we're how many percent water again?
...sticks and stones may break your bones, but words can change your water.

Thanks for the sleep information, that is important for me. That confirm that the effect of hydrogen stick is not female energy, which should make you sleep longer.

I think the obvious difference is the water "treated" with good intention, loving and gracious thoughts is more ordered and structured, it seems more cohesive. As I wrote in an essay about it once, even if I don't exactly know what total effect is caused by blessing our water, the visual evidence alone shows there is most certainly some kind of physical effect; and if it is simply a case of choosing our words and thoughts carefully to create the good effect, than we must assume it is worthwhile, even if we cannot fully understand the benefits.

We can also assume while the effect is easiest to see during phase transition (ie, when the water goes from a liquid to a solid,) the effect is present on the water without needing to freeze it. Freezing it just helps us to see the change in the water more clearly. I also know two phase shifts will clear the water's "memory" Ie, if you freeze and then thaw water, you "clear" it's structure.

Thank you. I agree. My whole freezer is now influenced with artificial female energy. When I clean it, usually the ice can easily break. Not anymore. The ice become more solid and though. The bond seems stronger.

I consider using good intention will produce female type of energy.

And I believe female energy can make ice that is completely transparent. It also make some vortex in the ice:

I love how the top photo almost looks like clouds, water in another natural form.

You know, there's a paint for glass you can get from craft shops called vitrea 160. I use it to decorate glass water bottles with words and symbols to evoke the energies of words like love, gratitude, health an vitality. You apply it to the outside of a clean glass bottle, then bake it in the oven for an hour and it becomes dishwasher safe. The effect is like stained glass, you can dilute the paint with a bit of water to get a transparent film that can be brushed onto the glass, or use it from the tube for outlining or writing.

The thing is, when you take the time to paint these things onto the bottle, you're engaging your creativity. Your ability to create. It's important to remember you're not just a consumer, you are a creator. You can get into the most amazing mindspace, when you're creating something you intend to do so much good. It becomes a meditation, almost a ritual, of not just physically marking the bottle, but also infusing it with your most positive, subtle intent. I think the state of mind when I'm engaged in a task like that is paramount to it's end effect, personally.

Anyway, here's a couple of my water bottles.

_according to Emoto's research, the words, symbols and thoughts of love and gratitude have the most powerful effect on water. So I thought, ok, I want that on my drinking water containers. Simple. Found the right paint for the job, washed some bottles, et voila I'm currently experimenting with brush techniques to do kanji symbols on the next batch. The kanji for love looks awesome.
I'd love that in blue, on a silver round background with a blue outline. Practice

I'd also like to share my personal invocation or blessing for water...

May your water and all those who share it be blessed with the four virtues of honesty, generosity, gentleness and respect.
May the vibrations of the song of the universe infuse your water so you may be effortlessly in harmony with all that is.
                      Namaste.

Can you try to freeze water with good intention and bad intention? I still doub't I can produce different result.

I found info about people trying to replicate emoto's result.
                          http://web.archive.org/web/200709290...0&kbid=ionsikc
Introduction: In an Advanced Placement Psychology class at Durango High School in Durango, Colorado, our group attempted to replicate Dr. Masaru Emoto’s water experiments. In his studies, described in the book "The Hidden Messages in Water," Dr. Emoto showed a correlation between thoughts or messages and the formation of water crystals.

Original Methods: In his experiment Dr. Emoto used about fifty different water sources varying from glacial water in Japanese mountains to filtered water from a faucet. Dr. Emoto attached different messages to each water sample and even had a Buddhist monk bless some of them. Some of the messages were: “Love and Gratitude,” “Thank you,” and “You make me sick.” He included a variety of positive and negative thoughts. He then froze the water samples on Petri dishes in a freezer at -4 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 hours. His stated results showed a strong correlation between the message and the formation of the water crystals. Water samples with optimistic messages on them created “nice-looking” crystals and the ones with pessimistic messages created “ugly” crystals.

Critique: Dr. Emoto’s experiment appears to have overlooked certain variables, and some of his conclusions may be based on assumptions that are not necessarily true. For example, Dr. Emoto failed to realize that there are hundreds of crystals in one drop of water, and through “experimenter bias” he may have subconsciously noticed certain crystals while disregarding others because of the suggestion of a certain message. In other words, he could have looked through thousands of crystals to find a beautiful one if he knew the message was a positive one, and – consciously or unconsciously – he could have looked for an ugly crystal if he knew the message was a negative one. Dr. Emoto does not state if the experiment was a “blind” study, a condition where the experimenter is unaware of which messages were attached to which water sample. This measure would eliminate experimenter bias. Because of Dr. Emoto does not specify whether his experimental procedure was blind or not, we do not know if Emoto only photographed the “pretty” crystals because of the positive messages or was unconsciously drawn to “scary” crystals when he looked at samples with negative messages. His experiment is also open to diverse interpretations. He implies that certain crystal structures may reflect the thought that was attached to them, but he fails to recognize that there may be other relevant interpretations for analyzing the crystal formations. Because of the unnoticed variables in the experiment, our high-school A.P. Psychology group decided to try to remake Dr. Emoto’s experiment.

Our Methods: Replicating Dr. Emoto’s experiment proved to be a little more challenging than we originally thought it would be. Dr. Emoto got most of his water samples from the mountains of Japan; we had to settle with water from the Animas River, and other various water samples. This may have created a discrepancy in our conclusions, but both experiments tested the effect of thought on water, so the water type should have had no bearing on our results. We also used a control group for each type of water: A sample that had no message attached. We had five different types of water: Dasani, tap water, river water, filtered tap water, and tap water from a different location. Each type of water was labeled with a color, and for each type we attached 5 different messages to 5 different microscope slides containing the water sample, as well as having one “control” slide with no message. So all together we made 30 slides. The messages we used were “I despise you,” “You make me sick,” “Thank you,” “Love and Gratitude,” and “You are beautiful.” We taped the messages, as well as a piece of colored paper that corresponded to the water type, onto the bottom of each slide. We were unaware of which message was on which slide in each water group. Although we took special precautions and were careful about experimenter bias, our experiment was not as wide-scale as Dr. Emoto’s. We didn’t have nearly as many samples as Dr. Emoto did. Another difficulty we faced was the temperature of the freezer and the time that we left the water in the freezer. Our freezer ranged from -2 to -10 degrees Fahrenheit, while Emoto’s was at -4 degrees. This created different freezing times for the water samples. We had to wait until a thin layer of crystals was just beginning to form on the surface of the water before we could analyze them underneath our microscope, but at the same time, we could not let the water freeze completely or else we could not observe any crystals. We also used glass slides instead of Petri dishes, another source of possible discrepancy.

Conclusion: We did not find sufficient evidence to refute or accept Emoto’s hypothesis that thought influences water crystal formation. We noticed one interesting similarity between two separate groups of water samples: Similar crystals formed on the same message, “I despise you,” in two types of water. But, for the most part, the crystal formations in each water sample resembled each other, regardless of the messages attached to them. We concluded that in order to make a significant finding, further research would have to be done. So, for now, we will have to live with our curiosity and continue to wonder if our thoughts have the power to influence water and ultimately ourselves.

I'm inferring from the description of their experiment their experiment was carried out a little differently.

We had to wait until a thin layer of crystals was just beginning to form on the surface of the water before we could analyze them underneath our microscope
A film of crystals forming om the surface of the water would indicate they were using at least enough water in each dish to cover the bottom. (in otherwords, it sounds like they were observing what happens when the surface of a pond begins to freeze over.

The emoto experiments were conducted with a single drop in each petri dish, and the photographed crystal formations are seen at the tip of each waterdrop.

Also, Emoto's "mystery of water" book states clearly that the photographic examples were not produced every time, but it was interesting the most beautiful and structured crystal formation were always associated with positive intentions, and the most ugly ones always with the negative. Both sets yielded results that weren't anything special, but the special results were unique to their intention. (and yes, emoto notes the results are also VERY subjective.)

If you want to replicate the intention experiment easily, the best way is with cooked rice. Take three jars with screw down lids. Put a portion of cooked rice in each of three jars. lavish one sample with love and positivity, one sample with abuse, and ignore the last sample, don't give it any attention good or bad. Do this for two minutes a day, to each sample in turn. (or try just labeling the jars, its not quiet as pronounced a result but you should still see a difference.) and observe how they "rot" over the next few weeks.

The result for the ignored sample is really, really profound. The good and bad intention results weren't anything unexpected, but I was amazed when I found out what the result ignoring something is. It's even worse than giving something negative attention!
