medicinal use of francincense & myrrh query

I stumbled onto an interesting article the other day on the web and it talked of all the medicinal uses of francincense and myrrh dating back to before biblical times. It was used to stop aging, cure achne, activate the pituitary gland, get rid of wrinkles, activation of the 13 chakras and so much more. It was considered more precious than gold. What I am trying to ascertain is how is it to be used to realize those medicinal benefits? I see it for sale in incense form and also as a liquid. Anyway, I would appreciate your feedback if you are aware of how to utilize it medicinally. Thanks in advance.

Supposedly frankincense oil has been found to cure certain cancers.

Also, for removing wrinkles, frankincense is used as a topical oil and blended with primrose oil as a carrying oil. I haven't found to much other information on how to apply it for achne and/or some of the other maladies.
