This is breathtakingly beautiful as is all of your work! I cannot thank you enough for sharing it here and I will be so grateful if you will continue to do so!

As I was looking to your work the other day I saw that you create personal mandalas using numerology and I became enchanted by the idea of having you create one for me. While I cannot afford this gift to myself at the moment, I hope that I will be able to do so at some time in the future. But I must tell you that knowing that I inspired you to create this one made me glow... I adore the serene and healing colors of nature and this brings me thoughts of the woodlands and meadows behind my home where I walk each and every day. This exquisite piece especially reminds me of this beloved area in the spring and summer. Now that winter (not my favorite time of the year... ) is setting in here in Connecticut, bringing with it a very different flavor, I am particularly grateful to be reminded of the warmth and beauty of my favorite time of the year in one of my favorite places.

Izzi Art

Last night I came out to the living room to talk to Izzi my 15 year old, and she was playing on the computer... She was in Paint. This is what I found her working on (I am amazed what this child can do in Paint).

I thought this was soooo cool! It came out of a conversation with her Dad (although the wisdom of the quote came from her). The conversation was general and not of a profound nature. Izzi came into my house and thought upon what was said and this is what came out of that conversation. I was amazed not only by the words but how she type set them into a piece of art in and of itself.

Oh, Yes, Darling Christine...

I am thinking of you as I paint a a new portrait of my beloved golden retriever, Grendel, who I lost 2 years ago... I was looking to some old pics the other day and came across one of her cocking her head as if it say "What?...Do you Love me?" It is such a delight to paint from an old pic of a being that I love...and I know that while doing so, I am bringing her spirit so very close to me. As I feel the love of her gentle spirit, how beautiful it is as I also think of the Blessed Souls that have come into my life through the energy of this incredible forum. And You, Christine, are one of them. And...All that I have learned in the past few years makes me KNOW in the deepest part of my heart that the act of just thinking loving thoughts of someone will immediately send that same loving energy to them...and cause a sense of peace and ease to their being. I want you to know that I was just out walking in the woods with Lija, my golden who is still with me in the physical and because I had just read your post on Grace's thread...about how you and your boyfriend of 11 years had just broken up... I was thinking of you then as well...and sending you Much Love... I was also thinking that while you are in a place now that causes your heart to feel like it will break (Yes...I KNOW that feeling... very well), I also know from the very depths of my being that your heart WILL mend and you will move on to find more delicious joy than you ever could have imagined... Honey...let's talk soon, okay? I am here and I wish to speak words that will soothe you during this painful process...You know how to find me, Darling Girl, and I will respond ASAP...

Girl just know there is someone who will bring so much joy into your life! I litterally saw a door closing and a new door opening when I read your other post on the CEM thread.

1st 2009 painting completed...

Happy New Year, My Lovies!

I have just completed my first painting of 2009 and this time it is NOT a flower! I had a commission to do a large portrait of three labrador retrievers for a Christmas gift and while doing so, I got inspired to look through some old pics of my own furry friends throughout the years. I found one that I particularly loved of Grendel, my golden retriever who passed 2 years ago this month and I could not resist painting her. The way she cocks her head in this one was something that she always did and I found it a most endearing trait...as if she is saying, "What? Are you talking to me?" Also...the two tennis balls are significent because she used to carry around two of these ballis in her mouth at the same time, so when I found this pic it resonated with me for both of those reasons. I really find much pleasure in painting portraits of animals, so I have decided to offer pet portraits in this smaller size of 8.5"x11.5 for a reduced price of $65.00 with a simple background and $100.00 for a more elaborate background. If any of you Sweeties are interested in commissioning a watercolor portrait of your favorite feline or canine friend (or other warm or cold blooded companion ), please do not hesitate to send me a PM and I'll get back to you with details!

Here are my latest orgonite holy hand grenades. I never can catch you on skype Grace has been real busy lately but she suggested that I post the images for all to see. So here they are So, would anyone want to buy one of these? They're not just really beautiful, they're also powerful metaphysical tools! By the way I picked the best three pictures of my creations but the megabyte limitations of the form inhibit the ability to really do them justice. The first picture is of them on the carpet the last two are on light bases.(they look much cooler on light bases)

I am so pleased that my painting of Grendel touches you! Thank you for your thoughts, my friend! They mean so much to me...

My Grendel was a regal and loving creature and even though she has physically passed from this world, she graces me each and every day with her spirit. There is no doubt in my mind that she continues to stay close by and tags along with me and my Lija as we do our daily meanderings through the woods. I know that my deep understanding of the fact that while our passed loved ones are not "appearing" to us physically, they are alway near us and the rememberance of this truth brings me much ease. And the act of consciously and lovingly acknowledging their energetic presence comforts me in ways that I cannot describe.

Here's a new one that I completed today. It is a portrait of Pudge, whose owner, Viviana, is one of the most beautiful and loving Beings on the planet! I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was for me to create this painting of Viviana's most gorgeous feline!
