    Pamela,

I usually take pics of pictures sitting up on a fence in the sun. I do have a digital camera definitely! Film and processing is soooo expensive! Not to mention I have no control over it! I also have photoshop... although I am an ace in Illustrator... Photoshop and I tollerate each other! I am getting better at it though! I have sunshine today, so I might get it done today, but I also have a test this afternoon so it might be tomorrow. I can not wait to start my next painting, it is starting to work in my head now... It is not completely clear in my head, but rarely do I have a clear visual in my head when I start... I actually have two working in my head this morning!

I will get it up as soon as possible... Just a hint is is HOT!

    Thanks for all the HUGS!

    Here are some for you

    Blessings Sallyjane

      • But Wait...

        But Wait, My Grace!!!

Honey... I am so happy that you love this painting, but are you sure you want to just print this out and then frame it? I have all of my paintings scanned at high resolution and since this one is only 8.5x11, I can have a high quality print made for you for only $50.00... It would be printed on the Arches Infinity paper which is made by the same company that makes my watercolor paper and has the same texture, so it will look just like the original and won't fade...

But then again...Maybe you would like the original? Remember...since these smaller ones only take me about a week to create as opposed to the 18x24 and 22x30 sizes that take several weeks, the price for the prints and originals is much lower! This one is $200.00, so if you would rather that, just let me know, okay? I'm going to be continuing to add to this collection for quite some time, so I won't mind parting with it!!!

        Call me...We'll talk!

        With Much Love and Gratitude,

        Pamela

        • Another Pamela Original in my Collection!!!!!

          Fabulous Pamela!!

I know that this collection of your newest works of art was going to be displayed as a whole! So the fact that you will part with this piece for me is more than I can ask!! If I can have an Original for only $200.00 then the decision is SIMPLE!! Although $50 for a print is so wonderfully easy....BUT, I must have the real McCoy!! This means two of your originals are MINE!! "Amazing Grace" and Now "Clarity from Within"!! LIFE IS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!

          • You got it!

            My Grace...

You got it, Honey! As I said, I will be creating lots more of these for this collection, so it is no problem to let any of them go as they are produced... As much as I adore creating each painting, I don't allow myself to get attached to them because I know that eventually they will find a home of their own! And if I DO happen to develop a personal attachment, then I simply indicate that the piece is "Not For Sale" and only available in prints. And Grace...I am so pleased that this one will have a home with you and that the energy that I created it with will be hovering beside you each night while you are in the Land of Nod!!!

            With Much Love and Gratitude,

            Pamela

            • Fourth Chakra

              Hi My Lovies!

I have just finished the first painting to represent the fourth major chakra (Heart Chakra) which, when clean and balanced, is a beautiful shade of emerald green and is affected by thoughts and all feelings relating to Love, People Attachments, Forgiveness and Unforgiveness toward oneself and others and Clairsentience (clear feeling). In this painting I have chosen some droplets of water as my subject matter and while it is a just a wee bit abstract and a little different from my normal flowers, it was much fun to paint! I hope you enjoy looking to it!

Very BEAUTIFUL...this is an uplifting feeling painting...when I first scrolled down to it, I thought they looked like little Earths then saw the name Tiny Worlds! Good vibes as always Pamela!

Well here is the painting I told you about, that I had completed. This is the first time I have taken a picture of one of my paintings since moving to here, so I had to find just the right place...

                  Enjoy Sallyjane

                    Sweet Sallyjane!!!

Thank you SO MUCH for posting your painting of "Fire Dancer"!!! The colors ROCK, Girl!!! And that is a great choice of the contrasting blue in the eyes with the warm orange "eye-sparkles"! I Love how you have repeated the "firey" lines throughout the painting which emphasize the theme of this delightful piece! WELL DONE!!! Your work has such a wonderful whimsical quality and that causes the viewer to feel a warm affinity to your Faeries! And Salyjane...If you don't mind my saying so...ALL of your posts are so obviously written from the heart and with such honest authenticity and humor and this ALSO causes your readers to feel a warm and loving affinity towards YOU!!! Who You Really Are comes through in both your writing as well as your artwork and we are all so very Blessed to have you among us sharing your beautiful soul!

But wait...Honey...Please tell us what medium you have used for this painting and the size, okay?

                    • Thanks to Aaron!

                      Aaron!!!

Your sweet comments make ME feel so good! Painting the "tiny worlds" within these little water droplets was a wee bit of a challenge for me as I had to "let go" of my normal desire to "control" the watercolor and strive for serious detail...I guess that is just my particular style of painting. But in this case, aside from the exactness of the round form, I kind of had to "let things happen" and it was a bit of an adventure for me...However, I will say that it was an adventure that I would like to repeat, so don't be surprised if you see some future paintings that focus on these fun droplets of water!

                      With Much Love and Gratitude,

The painting is Acrylic on canvas. It is 24x24. I have a new one I want to start tonight... I am excited about it! She is going to be fun. I am not sure if she will be Guache or acrylic though.

Thank you for you kind comments about "Fire Dancer". My style has always been whimsicle! I just enjoy my paintings and love to create from the spirit. I have seen faces in everything since I was little. I lived in one house that had faces in the windows at night, but only when I was home alone or home with just my daughter who was at the time was a new born! I absolutely love drawing and painting faces, but with a degree in Fashion design you might be seeing some whole faeries soon too! Actually, I also have a dragon flying around in my head That one will take some help though from my spirit guides... Who by the way keep continually telling me I need to change my self talk when it comes to my paintings and my art... also my finances!

I have to say Pamela, your new painting of the rain drops... OMG! I absolutely love IT! I think very soon I may have to buy one of the prints of that one!!! I have always had a fascination with water droplets!

Keep those awesome paintings coming girl!!! I love them... I am thinking my next one will probably be opaque watercolors (guache). It is fun as it manipulates so much different from the acrylics! You put some paint on the page and you can just draw it across the page creating light and shadows with it... Hmmm I a liking that!

                        Blessings Sallyjane

                          Oh Pamela!

When you showed me this painting for the 1st time before you posted it, I thought UNBELIEVABLE! HOW DO YOU DO IT? You truly have a great GIFT! I would love to see what Maggie thinks of this one, and what flows from her into a Poem about this painting! I also think the name of this "Tiny Worlds" is perfect. It makes me feel more grateful for the abundance that is All! (I am going to make a post in general discussion soon that relates)

                            Hi SallyJane!

"Fire Dancer" is my favorite so far, not because all your fairies aren't fabulous, it is because I felt a quick connection when I saw this painting. Born in August, The Sun being a fire sign, made me think immediately, this fairy assists in burning up all Illusions. I know you are in the process of burning up quite a few illusions. Me too!

                              Sallyjane,

What I thought when I first saw your painting is that it really reminded me of the ancient Tibetan paintings...very powerful.

Thank you!!!!! I very much appreciate your powerful praises of my painting!

Arron, I have never seen an ancient Tibetan painting, but how awesome to have that comparison! Especially to someone like me who has always had such a whymsical style to be compared to art of the past is awesome!

I have to tell you Grace when I finished with Fire Dancer, he is a favorite of mine too! There is something that just draws me into that painting! I do agree I am burning up some illusions these days! I have to really stay focussed to not get caught up in them!!!!!

Well I have another painting that has just one finishing touch before I can post her. This one is "A Cup of JOY" and you will see why when I get her ready and photographed... By the 4th of July she should be ready to go! She is a little different style, but I do adore her too... Another one that I walk by and say WOW! which is really funny cause I painted her!

Thank you Again for the wonderful comments about Fire Dancer...
