    Sallyjane,

These picture can sometimes seen spooky in a way but there are deep stories behind each one.

This is what one of many I thought of when I saw your painting:

    • For Sallyjane...

      Sweet Sallyjane...

Honey...I didn't realize that "Fire Dancer" was so large! Thank you for giving us the size and the medium! And YES!!! I agree with Aaron...This painting does remind me also of the ancient Tibetian paintings... Hmmmm...I wonder of you are doing some subconscious "remembering" of a past life....

I must tell you that I have NEVER worked with Guache! In fact I think that is one of the few mediums that I haven't experienced and I would love to give them a try...I recently received three sample tubes in the primary colors when I made my last watercolor order, so I think I will find some time to see what it is like to work with them! I take it I can use my regular watercolor brushes with them? And use regular watercolor paper as well? Tell me, Girlfriend!!!

Sallyjane...I cannot wait to see "A Cup of Joy"!!! I LOVE that you are feeling wonder and delight as you walk by your own work and think "WOW"!!! That says a great deal about your own feelings about your very PERFECT Self!!! You and your artistic creations ROCK and I am so happy and grateful to have you sharing your thoughts and artwork on this forum!!!

      With Much Love and Gratitude,

      Pamela

      • Root Chakra...

        Hi My Sweeties!

I'm back to post the first painting that reflects the 1st Chakra known also as the Base or Root Chakra. Located at the base of the spine, the root chakra, when clean and balanced, looks like a brilliant ruby held up to the light of the sun. This chakra relates to the issues of physical security and is affected by all thoughts and feelings about finances, career, home/shelter, safety and possessions.

I was speaking to Maggie today and she emphasized how important it is to bring joy to the root chakra in order to experience the feeling of being grounded and safe. Fears and worries concerning one's basic needs cause the root chakra to shrink in size and grow dark and dirty, thus causing the root chakra to become clogged. The resulting feelings of lack and limitation create self-fulfilling prophecies involving money challenges , so it is essential to meditate on this chakra often and visualize its beautiful red color as crystal clear and sparkling!

So here's my painting to represent this ruby-red root chakra and I hope you all enjoy her! My thanks, once again, go to our wonderful Maggie , for brainstorming with me concering the title! Maggie!

Sallyjane, You're firey fairy is absolutely powerful! I love fairies - thank you for posting your wonderful art on this forum! It is uplifting and makes me absolutely certain that magic is alive and flowing in the world!

              • Beautiful!

OH Pamela, this one is absolutely beautiful too! I love red and black together... well actually I like most bright colors against black but the contrast with red is just so dramatic. When I was younger my whole wardrobe was either red or black or both... A little too stark for me now against my porcelain skin and blonde hair! LOL!

It is definitely a ruby! I just love your attention to detail and the feeling you can just reach out and touch it! Our styles contrast each others truly awesomely too! Hehee! I think it makes it easier to appreciate the others work even all that more!

Keep them coming! I will be starting a new tomorrow and hopefully posting "A Cup of JOY". I do have to do a little house work this weekend... no kids! Hehee

                Blessings and HUGS Sallyjane

"A Cup of Joy" is my FAVORITE!!! She is absolutely Magical and I love the details! The ring of little flowers and the leaf in her hair, the sweet look on her face, the tiny hands reaching over the rim of the cup, her spiral curls, and the diaphonous wings, the colors... • Thank You!

Rhozzi, Jamie and Sallyjane for the lovely comments about my tulip painting!

I LOVE tulips! When I was a little girl, my Mom had them planted in the front of our house and when they came up in early spring, I was always enchanted by them. Way back then I thought of them as little cups that fairies would drink from when no one was looking... And their fragrance...Mmmmm!!! I am so pleased that you have enjoyed looking to this one!

And Jamie... I will have a print made of "Tiny Worlds" for you next week and send it off to you as soon as it is ready! Oh...The Sweeties here at ESM know that I will be happy to have them offer prints of my paintings at their online store, but I think that they have had their hands full with other concerns lately. I hope to hear from them soon, so we can iron out all the details!

I'll be back soon with my next painting! In the meantime, I am sending Big Bunches of Blessings to all of you!

                      With Much Love and Gratitude,

                        Pamela,
Just thought you might enjoy knowing that my latest work in progress, the inspiration came from one of your paintings! The minute I saw it... I saw a faery dress! Hehe! I could just see a faery dancing and twirling in it! Hehe!

Well, it will be done either tonight (if I can get rid of this nasty headache I have tonight) or tomorrow morning, and I will get it up as soon as I can!

                        Blessings and HUGS Sallyjane

                            • Cool!

                              Hi Tim!

I must admit that I didn't know what these Orgonite HHGs were , so I did some Googling and learned that they are "Holy Hand Grenades" and are created to transform negative energy into positive energy!!! They are AWESOME!!! I am most attracted to the one with the pyramid shape! Tell us...are you creating them to sell or just for your own use?

                              for sharing, Tim!!!

Just popping in to post my newest painting! This one is a tiny bit abstract and took awhile to create because of the details, but I am happy with how she turned out! Once again, I am having fun with the sparkling water droplets! I hope you enjoy looking to this one!
