What's Happened to Paths CS?

Hi Everyone

Haven't been in here for a while - so much going on offline! All good though

Just wondering if anyone has been in contact with Paths Customer Service recently - and/or Aaron and Kevin? I've sent a couple of emails to Paths regarding a new customer's querie, but have had no reply - I also sent an email to Aaron and Kevin and haven't had a reply from either of them either? Are all email addresses still the same? Any ideas?

Please email me again. I saw your email but didn't reply because customer service usually replies fast. As far as I know everything is fine.

We are sorry you have had difficulty! If customer service does not respond within 48 hours, this is most likely because they did not receive your email.

Another possibility is that a response was sent but did not reach you.

In any case, resending or posting the question here on the forum are the best options.
