It sounds very possible that you are too young to be on that particular module. I am fairly sure that module is for when your body stops producing certain things, or cuts way down on them, and at 27 your pretty much still producing good amounts of most everything. The pimples could have something to do with that.

You may also want to stick it out more than a month. Things that I have been able to achieve while on PATHS (I've been on for quite some time now), are absolutely amazing and you don't have to look far to find others with the same results.

A very big key is to follow instructions closely, sit back, and let things happen. Whether this was the exact change you were looking for or not, it should be proof enough that things are happening for you, and if you get on the right modules that get you towards what you really want to achieve, the possibilities are endless.

    Good luck!

      Hi Ryan

      Ryan,

Gary is right, you do not to be on Defying Gravity. My suggestion for you would be Stem Cell Health and Success full Living Phase 3.

You are experiencing the acne due to the detoxing effects from the Spirulina. My experience with Chinese Energetic medicine tells me that your cells are dehydrated, and are not oxygenated. You need to drink more water especially while detoxing. Also deep breathing exercises will help as well for your cells to take in more oxygen.

I have "corrected" your cells Using CEM (Yuen Method: Full Spectrum Healing) to take in more water and oxygen. So start drinking more water and breathing deeply more often now.

I recommend the Stem cell Health for you for its ability to help with increasing Cytokine Efficiency. You can goole for more info.

"Cytokines are small secreted proteins which mediate and regulate immunity, inflammation, and hematopoiesis. They must be produced de novo in response to an immune stimulus. They generally (although not always) act over short distances and short time spans and at very low concentration. They act by binding to specific membrane receptors, which then signal the cell via second messengers, often tyrosine kinases, to alter its behavior (gene expression). Responses to cytokines include increasing or decreasing expression of membrane proteins (including cytokine receptors), proliferation, and secretion of effector molecules"

I recommend SLP 3 for the increased ability to actualize your thoughts. I also recommend Highly you read Charles Haanel's Book Master Key System. You can get a free download at Energetic Science Ministries™ at the resource Library.
The instructions in this book will also help you to be conscious of actualizing your thoughts.

Thank you for the responses, Gary and Grace.

Yes, I made the decision to renew. It was hard for me to decide since I wasn't really seeing results after this first month, but you know, it could kick in for me after 2 months, but I would have never known had I cancelled. So for right now, I'm gonna stick with it.

Grace-Thank you for your words. I am going to try to start drinking more water. I already try to drink a few bottles of water a day, but I also drink a lot of soda. If I can eliminate soda from my diet, I'll be good to go.

As far as the Defying Gravity module, I guess I just think it's good to prevent something before it starts (wrinkles, etc.).

Ryan, sodas will dehydrate you, so stop drinking that junk. Good to see you stick with your decisions.

            removing Sodas

I am not sure exactly what I was on at the time, I think it might have been ultimate body/energy and motivation, but I was absolutely forced to remove soda from my diet.

I had been drinking 2-3 cans of coca cola a day for as long as I can remember but on PATHS, it's negative effects were magnified by 10. dehydration, crashing after meals, etc. When I removed sugar filled/caffeinated drinks from my diet, I evened right out.

There was a 2-4 week adjustment period where I experienced headaches due to the caffeine detox, but I currently only drink water and have never had the desire to go back to soda.

              Great Posts!

              Gary,

You and Jure are so right to mention the damage that soda can do. It not only dehydrates you which is bad enough, but it is loaded with chemicals. Diet Soda is even worse.

Water is a must, ALWAYS! Our systems are made up of water. If your body has less than 50 percent water in it then you are most likely DEAD!! A newborn is over 90% water, after the age of 25 we are around 75% water.

If you do not stay hydrated you will suffer many ill side effects. Aging more quickly, Back problems, Alzhiemers, digestive disorders, headaches, migraines, hair loss, toxicity, and the list goes on!!

To stay alive we need oxygen first without it we will die within minutes, water second, and third food, but we can go months without food if absolutely necessary.

WATER, WATER ,WATER!!!! Let's here it for WATER!!

                  Roz,

since I m on PATHS, I dont even drink coffee as a startup tool in the mornings. Now it is just a small cup every now and then as a gourmet drink after a meal. (Yes, in Europe we drink differently and yes we people watch)

                  Grace,

Yes WATER! People just don understand the importance of drinking plenty of water. But dont over do it either as minerals and vitamines can be washed out of the body.

                    Fun Water

I just wanted to put in a plug for my favorite "non-soda soda."

Glaceau Vitamin Water (and Fruit Water). I just found this comment about it on the net when searching for the main site ( drink better water ). I totally agree :

I love Vita(min) Water. It still has less calories than soda plus those yummy vites. I'm pretty sure there is a small dose of crack in it, as everyone I know that tries it, becomes a Vita-junkie.

In fact at one point I was so into this water that I realized was not drinking regular water enough. So now I always cut the vita waters down using 1/3 of them and the rest regular water.

Another option to help wane from soda is Emergen-c from Alacer Corp . They have so many flavors and options with different suppliments, you've got to use the drop down menu under the products tab to see them all.

                      Spirulina Spread Out

It also occured to me to recommend trying spreading out your spirulina doses during the day rather than taking them all at once.

I am much better off taking some with breakfast, lunch, and dinner than all at one time of day.

Just to clarify: exactly which modules are the most likely to cause cognitive dissonance, and which ones are relatively free of these side-efffects?

Is it safe to say that the mental/spiritual type modules are likely to cause it, whereas the physical ones usually don't?

                          Hi Rin -

You are correct. The modules that are mostly biological in nature, such as the new hair growth module or the diabetes or thyroid modules would not usually cause cognitive dissonance because they do not require a change in your beliefs or actions.

The successful living series is more apt to cause cognitive dissonance. This series involves changing one's thoughts and actions from what one is accustomed to.

Here is an anology. Think of your old thoughts and behaviors as a cold front and your new thoughts and behaviors as a warm front. When the two first meet, you are going to probably get a thunderstorm. It may be very intense, but won't last forever. Think of how fresh and clean the air feels after a thunderstorm. That is how your mind will feel after coming out of cognitive dissonance.

Oh, it is so helpful to re-read this! I don't know what is going on with me. Some days I leap out of bed, full of the joys of spring, and then some days I don't even want to get out of bed at all because I feel so low. But I'm really relieved to learn that this is a normal part of the process. It'll be so nice when it clears up, and all those nasty old thought patterns have been swept away!
