Ho `oponopono is Hawaii for Making Right. What you do is take 100% responsibility for everything and everyone that comes into your life. In other words if someone is angry, greedy, mad, mean or whatever. It would be in you and it is yours. Ho `oponopono is only you! There is no healing of another, there is no other, just you. It really is simple, but often simple is very hard for all of us to take...we want to make things complicated.
All you need to do is say to your inner self, I love you, thank you, I am sorry, please forgive me.
You just let go and trust. They say: ( Let go and let God)
