I had this reply back from PATHS

"The human (subconscious) mind can process 40 million pieces of data a second, and todays PC's can process more than 10 million pieces of data per second, so there is no problem in getting all the instructions through in 3 minutes. (the reason the regular Theaters are longer is because there is a benefit to the conscious mind being aware of the Module subject being downloaded into their subconscious and the 2-3 minutes per module helps to reinforce consciously what is being sent subconsciously)."
