Take it Off v.s Ultimate Body

  • Take it Off v.s Ultimate Body

    Hi,

    I can't decide between the Take it Off module or the Ultimate Body module.

    I'm happy with my body apart form carrying around a big beer belly

    I must admit I do no exercise whatsover

    Anyone got any suggestions as to which of these two modules would be best for me?

        I was on the ultimate body, and the take it off....I found neither one helped me....I am currently on Eat right....they have the module at "full blast" for me, which I don't think they did for the other two, which may be why I didn't have any results. Anyways, it has been approx 2 week for the Eat right module. I have found I am satisfied with less food, and DEFINATELY have less cravings. My eating habits are not horrible, but could use some improvement. I find I am choosing healthier foods to snack on. I don't have a scale, so can't tell how much I have lost, but I definately feel lighter and thinner. For some reason I am finding I want to try new recipes, and cook more.....this REALLY isn't like me....I will cook to make a meal, but try to spend as little time in the kitchen as possible. I am actually enjoying it!!

        I know there are other who have had success with take it off, ultimate bod...but my experience is that the eat right has worked so far for me.

            Hi,

            I have a lot going on with Paths modules, but wanted to say that I too have been starting to notice fewer cravings & less hunger. Just so you know this module concerns leptin resistance which is vital to many who struggle with weight loss. Check out the book Mastering Leptin (by Byron Wilson) for additional helpful info. Best to you with this module!! I have now lost 4 lbs in the last week (had gained @ 8 while away on vaca.) and I think this module is VERY
            valuable to many who have weight problems.
