I wondered what time zone they are in so that I could email them during their office hours. I know the company is registered in Panama, but are the PATHS staff located somewhere else?
I have emailed them all hours of the day, night, and weekend. Almost always I have gotten a response within 24 hours, and many times within just a few hours.
On the Contact us page of your PATHS website you will find the following:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our customer service department is open for business between 8:00am - 4:30pm PST, Monday to Friday. Customer queries receive the fastest response times, and we aim to answer all queries within 24 hours. Any emails/correspondence received over the weekend, will be answered on the following Monday.
PATHS Corporate offices are in Panama City. Panama City is in the Central Time Zone (no daylight savings) GMT -5 hours.
PATHS computer banks are spread out around the world, on three different continents.
PATHS personnel are also spread out around the world - the majority are within the PST to EST time zones. GMT -4 to GMT -7.
Our stated Customer Service hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, PST (GMT -7) Monday to Friday.
HOWEVER, all PATHS computer servers are monitored by on-site PATHS personnel 24 hours a day. About 50% of these are trained in Customer Service also. So you may very well have emails answered all hours of the night and day, 7 days a week!
For general Customer Service inquiries, our goal is 3-4 hours, no longer than 24 hours response time.
If the inquiry is accounting or technical in nature, it could take 1-4 days.
