strange words in my dreams

I just wanted to post an interesting experience from my sleep last night.

I've been on apths for almost 8 weeks now I think. Last night I didn't get enough sleep. I was dreaming and all throughout my dream I was reading text from some book. All I can remember is reading words off pages. The words were in some language greek to me - although the letters were latin. Sleep was pretty restless. The words were never ending - just page after page after page......

I wonder it it was the universal language.

The universal language that PATHS utilizes is not a spoken one. When it percolates into our conscious minds it is in the spoken language that we self talk in.

Hi Kiran,

I experienced almost this about 1.5 months ago. It was a bit before waking up. I wasn't seeing it from a page in a book. I had letters and words flashing in my minds eye from the right going to the left. They were in letters I recognize like the English alphabet letters. The were scrolling, flipping/rotating and flashing.

I also was slightly in a sleep paralysis state and remember 'knowing' that these were PATHS instructions.

Any awareness of them will be translated from a 'universal' language into something that we may be able to recognize by the reasoning mind.
