        Hi,

        A quick update. I had a good night's sleep (but that could be because I wasn't woken up by the kids during the night LOL). If I still feel okay today and tomorrow morning then I'll begin to cut down on the 20g to see how much I need if it is all taken in one go in the morning.

          Hi,

          Just some more feedback. I came down to 15g for a few days and then something told me I could cut down to 5g so I did. I've been on 5g for the last 3 days and everything seems fine. So it looks like I'm back to 'normal' and the furious brain connection building phase has finished.

          Thanks to Kevin for tip about taking it all in one go in the morning. That seemed to work better for me than spreading it out during the day.

            The same has happened to me too, went from taking loads to cutting down and feel fine on a far smaller dose than when I had the fogs

              This is starting to make sense now

              firehorse and pioneer,

              I have to admit, I have been a bit amazed at how much spirulina a lot of people are taking.

              There can definitely be a big difference in how much is needed individual to individual. For instance: I take 2-3 grams a day, while my wife needs 6 grams a day.

              I have some customers that only take 3 grams, and I have others that take 12 grams. Until the last few months I thought 12 grams was a huge amount.

              Now, what you are saying makes a lot of sense. In the beginning, because there is so much new activity (with 4 or 8 modules) then a large amount may be needed (20 grams or more), but once that "new" activity becomes the "standard" it seems like less is needed.

              I am running a Platinum and another 4 modules, but I built up to that level slowly, so that is probably why I never needed a huge amount of spirulina.

              (of course, if PATHS had as many Modules when I started, I would have probably started with more modules and needed more spirulina in the beginning )
