British Summer / Daylight Saving Time

Hi,

It just flipped over into British Summer Time over here in the UK.
BST: British Summer Time - UK Daylight Saving Time (GMT +1)

I not sure if I need to contact PATHS to change my waking and sleep times or if it was done automatically?

This question will probably come up again in the future so it may be a good addition to go into the FAQ.

Good point!! We have just switched last night too here in Australia, it is the end of our summer here

I never even gave this a thought about how it could affect us people on PATHS.....

I suppose when the Support team set us up for the asleep/wake up times they did it in our own time zones and they will know when we change?? Never even thought about that either of how we are all on different time zones......
