What's the Delay??
Think of a house being built. You see absolutely nothing of the house for most of the building period, as the foundations are being laid below ground. All the work is being done below the surface - out of sight. No sign of a house. No bricks and mortar for aaaaaaaaages. It doesn't mean the builders aren't working It doesn't mean the house is not in the process of being built.
Friends of ours took their little daughter to see their new house being built. It had been months since work had started on it. The little girl asked where it was, and when they pointed it out, she cried out "Oh no!! Mummy, it's fallen down!!"
This was, of course, because all those months, the builders were working on the foundation, but there was nothing visable except for some building materials lying around. It looked nothing like a house! The VISABLE part of the house shot up in a few weeks. But they couldn't have done that without spending all that time on the foundation - it would have fallen down of course
SO... I see PATHS as a building company. Imagine, you've hired PATHS to build a lovely new house for you. And it will depend on how much work needs to be done on the foundation - as to how quickly you'll see the visable results - the bricks and mortar.
Some people, before hearing about PATHS, may have already started digging the foundations themselves - they may have (possbily even unknowingly) done a lot of the work on the foundations already, and therefore less time is needed on the foundation, and therefore, the visable results come sooner.
Some people may have started working on the foundation themselves, but, since they're not professional builders, they may have unintentionally, done some things wrong - which may need extra work from the professional builders (taking extra time) to correct before then continuing with the foundation.
Some people may have some challenges in the ground - there may be a river underneath the surface, or a cemetary, or the ground may be very soft or they may have a parking lot - each of these would mean clearing or correcting the exsisting challenge before being able to start building the foundation - and of course that will take much more time. There are soooo many variables and possbililities, and I believe that explains why there are so many variations and possibilities of results for different people.
But the most important thing is: regardless of what you can see so far - the work IS in progress! I don't believe it's possible for "nothing" to happen. Just because you can't SEE it - doesn't mean it's not happening.
So, maybe: stop looking for results, remember the house building, and know that work is being done. If you could look inside your brain, you'd be able to see the changes in the pathways. When you plant a seed you don't keep digging it up to see if it's growing, you just know that it is and that, when it's ready, you'll see the the results above ground.
Hope this helps.
