This Module is designed to help you keep your body healthy and oxygenated through beneficial breathing habits.
Breath is our source of life and our breathing habits have myriad effects on our physical, mental and emotional selves.
Poor breathing habits can lead to dis-ease and conditions such as: anxiety, fatigue, poor circulation, insomnia, hypertension, etc.
This Module will support you in breathing in a way that is positive for your health, as well as increasing the benefits of your breathing.
This Module can support your mind’s ability to:
Increase depth of inhalation
Increase length of inhalation
Increase depth of exhalation
Increase length of exhalation
Increase expulsion of toxic gasses when exhaling
Increase oxygenation of blood
Increase desire for fresh, clean air
