The other thing I am focused on right now is applying that alternating heat and cold to any joints or places that feel soar. That has been doing wonders for me as far as getting overall energy back and healing specific places. I believe it is supporting my body in healing those bone spurs in addition to the internal support I am doing with the shake, etc.
In the last couple weeks I've been applying the alternating heat and cold to my back over the area where my heart is. I don't exactly know why but this seems to be really healing.
Maybe it is supporting the heart. It also kind of seems like it's doing a bit of a detox.
I didn't really have a healing crisis reaction, but at first if I stopped this treatment my body didn't like it too much. So I just stuck with it and continued to feel better.
Right now if I stop there are no problems but I still try to do maybe a round a day. (My gel packs hold cold a lot longer than heat so I usually do one cold then two rounds of heat.)
It seems like coffee is a good thing during this treatment to keep everything moving. But I am starting to get so much energy back that I'm now being careful to only have coffee in the morning unless I plan on staying up real late.

Usually until my gel pack runs out of cold or heat. The cold holds longer, maybe about an hour. So I do that then follow with two rounds of hot which each last maybe 1/2 hour.
