I was curious to know what is the prove of the effectiveness of the PATHS
and how this works.
Is it based upon hypnosis and subliminal conditioning or something?
Is there some objective way of assessing its ffectiveness?
Another question was about the link between the PATHS and
Paul Scheele's Paraliminals...
I have been listening a cd on stress management in French last year.
It looks quite similar to Paraliminals and PATHS (but without images). On the cd were some messages to enhance confidence as well.
After about 5 months of daily listening I am sure my behavior has improved. I am more relaxed and more confident.
The funny thing is that I know I am better than before, but now I wish be even better.
I would be happy to learn more on how it works.
